We have just spent a week here in this hotel and all the staff were friendly and attentive. The choice of food was amazing and the desserts were next level. Food service times could be better as dinner in the dining room was old on from 12 to 1:30 but states 2pm Mehmet in the 24/7 supermarket inside the hotel was very friendly and helpful during our stay, I couldn’t thank him enough. We would definitely stay here again. Hussein in the barbers was also very friendly and if you want to look fresh for an evening out I would highly recommend to ask for him as he was very professional in his trade.

Brillant Hotel! Stayed here with 3 kids, the animation team were brillant! They loved the kids club, the food was amazing lots of choices. So many desserts to pick from. From the servers to the bar staff and the spacious rooms we had, we just couldn't fault it! The bar had plenty of choice of drinks. The rooms were cleaned everyday to a high standard. The swimming pools were great. We used the indoor one more, and used the sauna and steam rooms. My husband got a tattoo from this hotel which was good value and there is a hairdresser and doctor on site. Excellent service all round, we will definitely be back to this hotel again.

This review is for the spa center at the hotel. Today the weather was cold, so we decided to visit the spa. The pool itself was also cold, which I can understand to some extent. However, the biggest issue was that all three hammam rooms were cold as well. The steam room had steam, but the temperature was still cold and uncomfortable. I went to the reception to mention the issue and ask if it could be fixed, but the woman at the desk was not helpful at all. She simply said that no one else had complained before and that everything was “fine.” It was definitely not fine. The hammams and steam room were clearly not working properly, and the staff did not seem interested in resolving the problem. Considering the price of the hotel, this was very disappointing. It’s a lot of money for facilities that do not actually function as they should.

Green Nature Diamond Hotel is a dreamland. We just returned from our stay at Green Nature Diamond Hotel. This was one of the best places we ever stayed at. The staff, the food, the location, and the facilities are what makes this all-inclusive resort a stay to remember. The staff are the engine that drive this place. We encountered warm and welcoming smiles, the epitome of Turkish hospitality. We had a sense that the owner of this place really takes care of his people and that showed in our interactions. You could spend your entire stay and not leave the hotel and beach area. It is like going on a land-based cruise and curiously the design is similar to two large boats joined together. You may want to forget about dieting as the food was first class and delicious with almost endless variety for any taste. We would like to personally thank a few of the staff for going above and beyond in providing outstanding service. Mr. Deniz Özdemir, the most professional restaurant manager. Mr. Görkem Aygün and Mr. Enis Aygün, the friendly and attentive men that waited on us at the restaurant. Mr. Oktay Demirci and Ennis, two excellent chefs. We look forward to returning for another stay in the near future. Thanks again!

The restaurant offers delicious food with a wide variety. The rooms are beautifully designed, clean, and comfortable; I really liked them. (I wish there were a few complimentary beers in the fridge). The staff are friendly and polite, which is really nice. The animation team is fantastic! We had a great time. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
