Brilliant location next to the beach, brilliant atmosphere around hotel with plenty of entertainment and interactive activities. Rooms were cozy with very good aircon and great balcony view. Very good value one of best and biggest hotels i’ve been too. Friendly staff. The entertainment team were the heart of the hotel and made our stay so special. During the day they kept us busy with fun games such as water polo. Also the pool party was amazing, but the best part was the evening shows and the dancers were incredible. If you want a holiday full of fun and laughter this is the place. A big thank you to the team!

Dear Green Nature Diamond Hotel Team, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I have had during my stay. This was the first time I travelled to Turkey alone with my son, and I have to admit that I was quite nervous beforehand. I am very happy that I decided to come, because my experience has been truly positive. I can honestly say that I will gladly return every year from now on. One experience, in particular, meant a lot to me. While I was at the beach, I was being harassed by someone. Your beach security guard immediately noticed the situation and stepped in to help me. Thanks to his quick response, I felt safe right away. He has been incredibly professional, attentive, respectful, and kind throughout my stay. Knowing that your hotel provides such dedicated security at the beach gives me an even greater sense of safety and peace of mind. As a mother travelling alone with her child, this means more than I can express. Please extend my sincere gratitude to your security guard. He represents your hotel with great professionalism and deserves recognition for his outstanding work. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and secure. Not to the standard expected with a resort of this price. The reception team told me they’d have a room the following day and they left me coming back to reception 3 different times to get a room change (told me to return a few hours later each time) after we were placed in a room beside a bar and next to the service entrance with a young child. Then after half a day of returning told me they infact didn’t have a room available unless we upgraded for £200. Once we moved there was an issue with the lock and we couldn’t come and go as we pleased so we waited in the room on that being repaired we were told it would be 10 mins and they took 2 hours to arrive so the first day was a bust basically. Took the issue to guest relations whose manager sat next to us and when the lady there said she would get the manager she never spoke to us she just whispered something in her colleagues ear and left then the lady returned and said she would offer us a free à la cart dinner ( all inclusive btw ) when we returned next time. Laughable. We declined and it just left a bad taste in our mouth with how they treat guests. We won’t be back. Also during our stay we had blood on the bed sheets. The drains in the bathroom sink were disgusting. We had glass in our food and there was kids fighting at the pool which security had to intervene then they were back in the pool 20 mins later. Not the experience I expected for the price point. Disappointed to say the least given what we paid

The hotel itself was beautiful with comfortable rooms, great food and excellent facilities but what truly made our stay special was the entertainment team. They are changing the atmosphere everywhere morning until night. The daily activities were well organised. Evening parties were one of the best parts of our holiday. The team was incredibly welcoming and energetic. Thanks to them and especially Freddo dancing with us and sharing his beautiful energy. He made unforgettable memories for us. Highly recommended xxx

We had a wonderful stay at Green Nature Diamond Hotel. The food was good, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and the reception staff, especially the ladies at the front desk, were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a spacious suite with a jacuzzi, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back againThe entertainment activities were amazing and very enjoyable Highly recommended!
