came with my wife from Lebanon to spend 4 nights at Blue Bay Platinum Hotel on September 6 till 10, after reading many positive reviews about it. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the room, which is closer to a 4-star standard rather than a 5-star, for the following reasons: 1. Soap and shampoo were not provided regularly. After several requests, we only received shampoo but no soap. 2. There were no 5-star amenities such as a proper minibar or other essentials. 3. The air conditioning was difficult to use with the remote control, and there was unnecessary plastic covering at the bottom of the unit. 4. The electronic room key was frustrating and often problematic. 5. The safe box was not free of charge and quite expensive to use. On the positive side: The food was excellent, very diverse, and of high quality, with a great kitchen staff. A staff member named Aygül was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. Overall service in the resort facilities was good, except for the room experience. The beach was beautiful and relaxing, and the pools were enjoyable.

I spent a week here the location is perfect for shops and bars, the hotel is lovely great service and friendly staff. I was not overly impressed with the room we had the toilet did not flush properly and when having a shower you could smell a sewage kind of smell. Our balcony was tiny you could just about get 2 people on it. The cleaners came in and made beds up and left bottles of water and clean towels, however they did not clean the bathroom shower and sink all week. There is endless amounts of food served all day long with different theme each night. At certain times at dinner it was very hard to find a table. The pools were clean and staff always walki g around cleaning up. It was very hard to find a sunbed, people were down at the pool at least an hour before with towels waiting to claim them. The beach is a 5 min walk away but its man made and not very big, you are better to walk a little further up. The entertainment was good most nights but again was hard to find a seat of you got there a little later. Apart from them few things I would definitely go back.

Stayed at this hotel at the start of October 2025 First time at this hotel but have stayed in Marmaris and Icmeler many times. Check in was quick and shown to our room. Lift access across the whole complex had ramps also so using a wheelchair or push chair is fine. Bedroom was small but clean, cleaning staff were friendly and happy to help. Food was ok. Plenty of it but nothing great. Food area felt cramped when trying to get food. Restaurant staff not very friendly and had to get my own drinks with little or no contact with staff in the restaurant. Plenty of sun beds and on-site small Shop available. Located on the main road so easy to catch a Dolmus into the centre of Marmaris and also into Icmeler. Lots of local restaurants and shopping centres within a few mins walk. Beach is a few mins away. Entertainment was not very good. Usual Bingo, acrobats and dancers and had some singers. Have seen much better in Marmaris. Overall not a bad hotel but not a great hotel either.

Lovely staff. Food really nice with lots of variety. 3 pools including an adults only if you want to avoid the busy other pools. If you visit definitely go for a Turkish bath and massage.... We opted for the deluxe package (£150 for two people ... Lasting 2 hours) and can honestly say it was superb. Great way to start the holiday

This absolutely cannot be a 5 stars hotel! Absolutely! The rooms are decent at most. Very small room with just essential amenities. The bathroom door is glass and you can see everything happening inside even when laying in the bed as there is a conveniently placed mirror, so you don't miss a thing! Privacy = 0. Mold in the bathroom. Broken entry door. Very disappointed!
