The Jiva Beach Resort all-inclusive programme includes the following:

  • Breakfast in the main restaurant (7am to 11am)
  • Late breakfast in the main restaurant (10am to 11am)
  • Lunch in the main Restaurant (12.30pm to 2.30pm)
  • Dinner in the main restaurant (7pm to 9pm)
  • A la carte snack food service at the snack corner (12noon to 4.30pm)
  • Ice cream available 2 hours a day at the ice cream corner
  • Patisserie at the Lukka Lounge 24 hours a day
  • Local drinks, including soft drinks, concentrated fruit juices, beer, wine, tea and herbal tea served at the pool bar (10am to 12midnight), the Lagoon Bar (10am to 12midnight), the main restaurant (during mealtimes, drinks will be served at your table), the Lukka Lounge (24 hours a day) and at the Caria Disco (days and hours of operation depend on the season)

The hotel is a solid five-star property. The service and food are both of a very high standard, making the overall experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend booking a room with direct pool access. One of the best perks is that drinks can be ordered via a QR code and delivered directly to the sun loungers outside your room, which adds a great touch of convenience and luxury. The hotel grounds are not particularly large, but the space is exceptionally well designed. Every area is thoughtfully planned, and every square meter is put to good use, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere throughout the resort. The property features two à la carte restaurants, one buffet restaurant, three additional specialty à la carte dining venues, and six bars. The all-inclusive concept is executed at a very high level, with an excellent selection of food and drinks available throughout the stay. The beach is pebbly, but once you enter the sea, the seabed is sandy, and the entry into the water is comfortable and sandy as well. Overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a high-quality all-inclusive vacation with outstanding service, great dining options, and a well-designed resort environment.

Everything was amazing- such a brilliant resort. The food is absolutely delicious, first time been to a. Resort where I filled my plate and ate every last thing because it all blended so harmoniously together- such well thought out menu’s with themes as well. The other snack restaurant was also a special surprise, had no idea aside from lunch they had another menu of options as part of all inclusive, but more western and was delicious! The entertainment in the evenings also very inclusive of all ages and so nice to get different options daily. The market on site is very reasonably priced and the staff on site are all brilliant! Such an amazing experience!

The hotel was great. Doing so much for the price paid. Beach was so great with mountains. They had party and so many different activities every day. Food was delicious. The grill section was lovely. Only thing was beach snack bar was really slow in service. Other than that lovely staffs, pools, Turkish bath, sauna, steam and cocktails. Enjoyed our holiday so much.

We stayed at Jiva Beach for 10 nights and it blew us away. We’d never been to Turkey, but a friend’s wedding brought us here, and this resort turned out to be perfect for us. From arrival, nothing was too much trouble and every staff member was fantastic. I had a minor issue with ants in the shower, reported it to guest relations via WhatsApp, and it was sorted swiftly - they even offered a room swap, though after their fix I never saw another one. The food is phenomenal, drinks are plentiful, and the staff strike exactly the right balance: warm and chatty without ever being overbearing. Two standouts: Aykut from the entertainment team got everyone involved without being pushy, and we had a great laugh with him throughout. And Doğukan, who served us most evenings at the beach bar, made every night better - polite, funny, brilliant at his job. We’d go back just to see him again. 10/10. We’ll be back.

We had an amazing holiday and absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. We were genuinely sad to leave! The water games were so much fun, all the shows, activities and the Sunset DJ sessions were incredible.
