I honestly can say I was very happy with this hotel, I’ve got a great last-minute deal with TUI, and I was upgraded to a lovely suite on arrival, the staff were really polite and very presentable, especially the reception staff Koom, Efe, Melez and Selin. The huge Pool was fabulous, I would like to say it is quite deep so people with young children need to keep an eye on them! because the pool is really deep there are lots of inflatables which you can use and it’s really nice to see the Pool team doesn’t throw them away, I know other hotels that have done this so that guests have to buy more from the shop! When you come out of the hotel, it is just a short walk down the road to the beach, the hotel itself doesn’t own its own part of the beach but there are lots of area areas where if you buy a drink they will let you use the sunbeds free of charge. I use the à la carte restaurant once during my stay and had the Turkish six course meal I’m very glad I did it was a great experience. I had seen reviews advising you to take your own cup for your soft drinks by the pool, otherwise you get little paper cups, so I was very pleased I took mine. I went to breakfast a couple of times lots of choice of patisserie, fruits, yoghurts, eggs and toast everything you could expect from a breakfast buffet abroad, personally I thought the lunch buffet was better than the dinner buffet! But neither were bad and lots of variation, so something for everybody! just one negative point I was in room 433 which was a beautiful room overlooking the pool but the bed wasn’t very comfortable, it was really hard like it had no spring in the mattress at all. It could’ve done with a decent mattress topper it’s a shame because I had several bad nights sleep, I was thinking about asking to change rooms but the room was fantastic other than that. Fridges in the room were stopped up daily with lots of bottles of cold water and fruit juice, towels are provided for the Pool. There isn’t an entertainment team who will walk round to see if you want to play darts or pool during the day. We also put on a show six nights a week. (not sundays)

Myself and my friend Really enjoyed ourselves for the 2 weeks we where here, Hotel is beautiful and bigger than you think, so take a good look around. Loved the dark room that opens at 23.00hrs till 1am serving drinks(Adults only) Very nice and friendly entertainment staff, especially Diego and Iso even though Diego cheat at the games 🤣 🤣 All the staff, are brilliant and don't forget the cleaner's who do an amazing job at keeping the Hotel clean to a high standard. Pool is amazing and the surroundings around it. Food, plenty of it although on occasions it can be on the luke warm side. Our waiter Toprak was amazing, he looked after us throughout our stay in the dinning hall and couldn't do enough for us 5🌟 People who find fault with this Hotel need to revaluate themselves, just saying! We will be returning again, Thankyou for an amazing holiday 😎

Don’t be fooled by the 5 star rating. I would rate this 3* plus/ 4 star at a push. To start, if you have a late flight don’t expect any food ect when you arrive at the hotel they don’t provide or didn’t offer any and we didn’t check in until 00:15. They don’t give you guidance and where anything is just a sheet of paper with timing on it and where to go for your room. The size of the rooms are very small even for 3 people with very limited foot space and 1 tiny wardrobe to store everything. Unfortunately if you don’t put towels down you don’t get anywhere close to the pool for a lounger as they are taken quick and sometimes reserved but not used until midday onwards. You get a couple of juice cartons and bottles of water in the mini fridge that aren’t replaced at any point during your stay. Moving on to the food, don’t expect any hot food at any point, lukewarm at best. No ice cream only after evening meal if you want any during the day you have to buy from the onsite shop. In a hot country it’s a basic when you go all inclusive and supposed 5 star. No fresh fruit juices just orange and cherry cordial out of a machine. No fresh coffee only out of self serve machine. Snack bar next to the pool is repetitive every day. Day time entertainment repetitive every day. Darts, table tennis, pool then afternoon is a single dance by the staff and walk around saying hello. Evening is kids disco 20:30, bingo 21:00, then themed 21:30 but repeated weekly.

We stayed at the Grand Ideal Premium in Marmaris as a larger group of friends to celebrate a birthday, and we had such a fantastic week from start to finish. A special mention has to go to Murat and his Bali masseurs at the spa. He was incredibly welcoming, and the whole experience left us feeling completely relaxed and refreshed—exactly what we needed during our stay. The food was truly a highlight of the holiday. The chefs were amazing and consistently delivered five-star quality meals every day. There was such a wide variety of tasty dishes and desserts, and we especially loved the chefs at the back of the restaurant who freshly grilled meat—they were not only skilled but also so friendly. The entertainment staff were great fun and always made sure there was something going on, creating a lively and friendly atmosphere throughout the day and evening. Turkish night was a real treat, with traditional dancing that made the experience feel extra special. We also want to thank the lovely housekeeping ladies who kept everything spotless, and the attentive bar staff who were always smiling and ready with a drink. The lounge really spoiled us with excellent wine and fantastic cocktails every evening. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate a birthday with friends. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making it such an amazing and memorable week—we would definitely return!

We stayed here as a family of 5, it was a lovely hotel in a great location, 45 minute walk along the beach into the town, plenty of bars/restaurants to stop for drinks along the way. Hotel was very clean, the food was also very nice and plenty of different food selections to please everyone. The snacks between half 12 and 4 was lovely especially the waffles and chicken shish. The entertainment was good, what made it was Iso & Diego, every day during the day we'd play Darts, Table tennis, Killer Pool and soft archery. Every evening they would have a game of bingo which would cost 300tl per strip and we actually won one night 5000tl, a bottle of wine & and entertainment t-shirt. The DJ kept the music playing all day by the pool at a good level, not to loud or too quiet. Every evening after bingo there would be something different on, like a magician, karaoke, turkish j dancers etc. Overall, it was a great holiday, we would definitely be back.
