The all-inclusive package at Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali includes the following:

  • Breakfast served at the Grand Café (7am to 10.30am) with breakfast boxes available (one-day prior notice required). Breakfast is served in Ibu Kitchen for Family Paradise Wing guests
  • Lunch served at either the Grand Café (12noon to 3pm), Jukung, Mahi-Mahi or Chopstick, with lunch box available (one-day prior notice required)
  • Dinner buffet served at the Grand Café (7pm to 10pm) or themed buffet at Rama Stage. Other dinner options include Julie’s Italian, a set menu at Bumbu Delhu or Ibu Kitchen
  • In-room dining for dinner (7pm to 10pm)
  • Afternoon tea and coffee buffet near the Mango Parlor Terrace (4pm to 6pm)
  • 30% discount on premium menu items such as lobster and prawn

Just a perfect resort for a family. We stayed in the Family Paradise building, and it was the right place for our little family of 4. The children were happy and safe in the pool area with the slide; they loved the kids club (big win for daily movies in the middle of the day/heat); all of the little extra activities kept them occupied. (Sushi making, bracelet making, turtle feeding, mermaid classes) The main hotel had a huge selection of places to relax, drink and eat. Rooms were really well maintained and modern, but I would probably like a little bit more drawers for clothes to be unpacked into for a two-week holiday) Local restaurants outside of the hotels were also great, and the daily free shuttle bus to the local Bali Collection is also a nice touch. The Spa is seriously next-level, and if I didn't have my children with me, I'd probably have had daily treatments. Will definitely add this to the go-back-and-visit-again list.

We stayed at the Grand Mirage in June and it was honestly the best holiday we've ever had. The hotel was amazing in every respect-the staff were extremely helpful, the food was amazing and the facilities were top notch. The kids loved the lazy river and they had a great time trying different water sports like jet skiing and parasailing. The all-inclusive package was totally worth it -the kids loved the selection of food and drinks. I see there are a few one-star reviews on here but I really can't understand how - I can't fault the resort at all and I can only conclude that those people must have slightly unrealistic expectations. All in all, it is a great place for a family holiday, and I would love to return one day.

The Mirage is an amazing place to stay. Everything you need is there. Food drinks the best pools. The rooms are so well appointed. The soaps and creams provided each day are excellent. The river raft was so much fun. I loved that outside there was a function going on but I could go to bed and not hear a thing. The staff were always there and so helpful. In the morning getting coffee to getting drinks while we were by the pool. Nothing was ever a bother. If you do the package it is so worth it. I will be back for sure. I have stayed in 6 hotels in Nusa Dua and this one is Managed the best by far Thank you for making my holiday a great experience Dawn

Our family of five stayed at Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. What impressed us most was the sheer variety of things to do. Between the pools, the Lazy River, beach, restaurants, entertainment, family activities and the Thalasso facilities, there was always something for every member of the family to enjoy. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming and made our children feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. The resort has a lively atmosphere while still offering plenty of places to relax and unwind. We especially appreciated how family friendly the resort is without compromising on comfort for adults. A fantastic choice for families visiting Bali.

We had an amazing time here! The staff are so friendly and accomodating. Especially Andre, he’s a trainee and will be a great asset to the team. We did all inclusive for 2 nights, however beware this doesn’t cover everything, motorised Watersports not included, specific items off the dinner menu, not included (lobster, kinda obvious) but for the price of all inclusive you expect everything to be included. Oh and it’s very family friendly so expect to see a lot of children, we spent the whole time in the adults only pool! After saying that, it is an amazing venue and the staff here are THE BEST! Always smiling and saying hello.
