Just back from 11 days at this lovely hotel in Palma Nova. The large restaurant was well set out with tables for two or many. The food was varied and well cooked, and on half board basis, we did not need to each much over lunch after such a good breakfast. The room was clean and provided all we needed, and was well serviced on a daily basis. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Activities every day, and entertainment at the end of the day made the stay a pleasure. In fact the only down point for me was the behaviour of some of the other guests, a large group who would have been better suited to an 18-30 holiday centre. Over loud, over swearing, and when asked politely by a staff member to "Keep it down" they were rude and insulting in return. Made me really ashamed to be British ! Happy that they were dealt with, by the management. As usual, any attempt to speak their language is met with joy, and I leaned a new word every time I interacted with a member of staff or a local. The hotel is a short walk of about 5 mins to the beach and the town itself has many bars and restaurants, it was clean, litter free, and well seviced by local bus service to Palma and other local resorts. The holiday 'rep' was very helpful and informative. I would love to go back and enjoy it all again. Hasta la Vista mes amies. xxx

Just back from a four day holiday. Overall the hotel is clean and the majority of the staff are really friendly. The food was low quality and very little variety, it's a small restaurant which probably factors into the lack of options but overall the food was not great and we ended up eating out more than expected. The snack bar was also the worst I have experienced in a globals hotel - it's self serve and the options was chips , hot dogs or some nugget like things. Sitting out under hot lamps. Room was clean but there was no blackout curtain in the room so as soon as the sun came up the room got bright. There was also some odd 'mood' lighting in the room which you couldn't turn off and this was in your eye view when you are lying in bed. The walls in this hotel are also EXTREMELY thin you can literally hear the conversation of people in the next room which overall wasn't ideal. Pool was clean and quiet , annoyingly where the surrounding buildings are ment we had to move sunbed throughout the day to get the sun all day. Luckily the hotel was quiet enough we managed to do this but in peak summer I think this might have been more of an issue. Overall location of the hotel however was great just a short walk to Palma nova or magaluf. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star and I wouldn't come back.

I spent 4 beautiful days in the hotel with my daughter and we were more than satisfied: 300 m. to the nice and very clean beach, a long seaside promenade, many small shops in the surrounding, perfect bus connection, taxi station is around the corner. Also the hotel is nice: it doesn't have much territory, but it is very clean and comfortable! The food is very delicious, the hotel has no enormous buffet, but for us it was perfect! One can find everything and all the food was freshly prepared and very tasty. The thematic evenings (Italian, Mexican, Spanish) were a nice add-on to the evening buffet. Also the stuff in the restaurant, at the reception and at the bar was very welcoming, smiley and helping. Our room was kept very clean, the towels were changed, the beds were made, even our balcony had no a sign of dust! Thank you so much!

Me and my friends stayed there for a weekend break. And i booked all inclusive via loveholiday. The rooms looks as shown in the picture they were decent. Great location. But other than that the standards are super low. The food was so very very bland. We have stayed in so many all inclusive but there is not snacks inbetween time as they have mentioned in the hotel description. Not many options for drinks, for spirits you need to pay even though it says all inclusive. In the room we had locker and we wanted to use the locker but in order to get the locker key we have to pay €23??? There was a kettle but no tea or coffee or sugar. Over all. We ended up eating and driking outside and got everything from supermarket and near by restaurant. Location is so very good. They need to update the website with correct description as there is no gym or massage centre.

My wife and I stayed in the hotel 17.05.2026 for 1 week. The food was bearable,the All Inclusive wine was awful. What was most disappointing was that most of the male staff were rude. On our arrival, the Black male on reception was abrupt and saying "You listen to me". Despite giving him our attention, he didn't give us any information about the hotel or where our room was after receiving the key. Most of the Male staff in the restaurant were rude also. The most concerning issue I have is the male staff in the bar, Antonio in particular. He was very critical towards British guests in discussions in Spanish with his male colleagues. I speak Spanish and made him aware that I do and that his comments were rude and unprofessional. He gave no reply and chose to ignore me for the rest of our stay. On a positive note, the lady serving drinks during the day was lovely and always welcoming. Perhaps her Male colleagues could learn from her about respect, appropriate conduct and good service. Maybe then, the reviews for the rest of 2026 will improve.
