Rooms – The rooms were modern, well-equipped, and generally clean. While housekeeping visited daily, the standard of cleaning was inconsistent. Bed sheets were only changed twice during our week-long stay, the floors were not mopped, and housekeeping mainly consisted of making the beds. Unfortunately, our group also had a poor experience with the cleaning team, whose attitude left much to be desired. Pool – The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of sunbeds and great entertainment throughout the day. My only suggestion would be to have music playing around the pool to create an even better atmosphere. Entertainment – A big shout-out to the entertainment team! They did a fantastic job providing fun activities and games throughout the day, catering to guests of all ages and helping create a lively, enjoyable atmosphere. Food – The food was satisfactory overall. Although there was plenty available, it lacked variety and flavour at times. That said, this seems to be fairly typical of many all-inclusive resorts. WiFi – The WiFi was disappointing. While internet access isn't essential on holiday, I expected a large hotel chain like Globales to offer a much more reliable connection.

The animation team is fantastic—kind, helpful and create great games both during the day and in the evenings. The rooms are quite basic and could do with a bit of a refresh, but the bar staff are friendly and seem to be working very hard, juggling multiple tasks. The pool area is alright, but all the beds and floors could really use a good wash.

Amazing hotel, lovely & clean. Lots of food choices and nice food. Animation staff are amazing , each & everyone of them make this hotel!! A good lovely bunch of people you should never let go. Charlotte, Sergio, Andrea & Julian especially 🫶🫶🫶

Just got back from a 10 night stay at this hotel, our first time visit to Majorca. Hotel is in a great location 5 minute walk to beach, shops and lots of bars/restaurants. Apart from a funny smell on the lower floor every now and then the hotel is exceptionally clean. The cleaners were always working hard. Bar staff and restaurant staff were mostly friendly some didnt smile much but maybe because they were busy. Food was typical All Inclusive and we always found something nice to eat. Breakfast was very good. My only negative with breakfast is the small and very slow toasters. Really need upgrading to the type other hotels use which are quicker and fit more slices on. The All inclusive cocktails could have had more included, my husband was very disappointed that there were no pina colada or Sex on the Beach free on all inclusive. We had a room with pool view and the room was ideal size for the two of us. The animation team were so good getting people involved but without being pushy. Special mention must go to Charlotte who was just brilliant, so friendly, funny and happy. All the animation team were great and knew our names after the first time. The pool lifeguard lady was really good too, always friendly, kept a watchful eye and dealt brilliantly with a guest suffering from heatstroke. She also advised people around the pool to stay hydrated. Overall a great stay

Entertainment staff at the hotel especially Charlotte is fantastic, very friendly and enthusiastic. Takes the stretching exercise classes in the mornings along with Jessica and the guys. Fantastic way to start your day. They also adapt exercises for all abilities. Can't thank them enough for their efforts. The only reason I gave 4 starts for the room is because the air-conditioning could have been a bit more powerful for the hot nights. Everything else at the hotel was fantastic. I will certainly return in the future.
