We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. Everything was perfect – the hotel was beautiful, very clean, and we felt comfortable from the very beginning. The staff was always friendly, and the overall atmosphere was amazing. We would especially like to mention Diana at the reception. She gave us such a warm welcome, took her time to explain everything to us, and made sure we had all the information we needed. She even helped us by ordering a taxi, which we really appreciated. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made our stay even more special. Thank you for making our vacation so enjoyable. We would definitely come back anytime and highly recommend this hotel!❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Globales Maioris in Llucmajor, Mallorca! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their kindness and professionalism. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the pool area is perfect for relaxing. The food offered a great variety every day, with plenty of delicious options for every taste. The location is peaceful, making it an ideal place to unwind while still being close to Palma and beautiful beaches. It is also a fantastic choice for families with children, with a dedicated kids’ pool and lots of fun activities for the little ones. We travelled with five children, and they absolutely loved it! They were never bored and really enjoyed all the activities and entertainment prepared especially for them. It made our family holiday even more special and enjoyable. A special thank you to Diana, who welcomed us so warmly, showed us around the hotel, explained everything we needed to know, and made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. Her kindness and helpfulness really made a difference. We would also like to thank the hotel manager and the entire team for their professionalism, friendliness, and for making our holiday so enjoyable. We truly appreciated the great atmosphere and excellent service throughout our stay. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mallorca, especially families with children! ❤️

Disappointing stay. This is not a 4-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt dated and unwelcoming. The layout and enclosed walkways gave it a very institutional feel rather than a relaxing holiday atmosphere. I travelled with my one-year-old daughter and, despite requesting a cot, there wasn't one in the room on arrival. When I asked, I was told no cots were available. The room also advertised tea and coffee making facilities, but there were none. When I requested a kettle to make bottles for my baby, I was told I would have to rent one for €25, which I found unacceptable for a family hotel. The children's play area also raised concerns. The slide had no proper steps, making it unsuitable and potentially unsafe for younger children. We had to leave early on departure day at 6am, and unlike many other hotels we've stayed in, there were no breakfast bags, snacks or even basic coffee offered for guests checking out before breakfast. The only real positive was the food. There was a reasonable selection, and the desserts were particularly good. Overall, the hotel felt tired, the surrounding area was very quiet with little nearby, and the facilities and service fell well below what I would expect from a 4-star property. In my opinion, this is much closer to a 2-star experience.

The hotel is beautiful, staff are absolutely incredible, big shout out to Sandra, Slevin, Gérard and Kevin. Very helpful and will go that extra mile for the service. Location is quiet but nice enough for a little retreat. Would come back again for sure. Food decent as is the pool, evening entertainment a bit repetitive but takes nothing away from Sammy and the animation team whom are also great 👍

Just come back from a weeks holiday, 6th August to the 13th 2026. 6 adults, 5 year old and 1 year old. We all had an amazing time, we went all inclusive and was worth every penny. I had read some reviews and was worried before we arrived, but honestly food was great! So much to choose from and something for everyone, even a fussy 5 year old!! Drinks were as you expect for all inclusive and we all drank plenty. Tea, coffee, water, soft drinks on tap all day as well. Rooms were nice and clean. They were cleaned daily and fresh towels and bedding when needed. I would book this hotel again without hesitation. This was the perfect family holiday for us. The entertainment was great throughout the day and evening. Spash park for kids was fantastic, our 5 year old grandson loved it especially the water slides. The main pool was really nice as well. I cant fault this hotel.
