Disappointing experience at Furama Hotel Unfortunately, my experience at Furama Hotel was quite disappointing. It felt more like a money-making hotel than a hotel focused on customer service. At check-in, the reception mistakenly assigned me a queen bed even though my booking was clearly for two single beds, and I had paid extra for that arrangement. Changing the room took additional time and caused unnecessary inconvenience. Another major disappointment was the charge for drinking water. This is the first hotel I have stayed at where I was charged for basic drinking water, rather than having complimentary bottled water available for guests. The laundry charges were also extremely high. I was quoted RM90, whereas in many places the same service can cost around RM10 or is provided at a much more reasonable price. I also found the hotel's policy regarding late check-in to be less flexible than other hotels I have stayed at. The location is good, but for a 3-star hotel, I expected better customer service, more reasonable charges, and greater consideration for guests. Overall, the location is a positive point, but the service and additional charges made my stay disappointing. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and focuses more on guest satisfaction rather than charging for every additional service.

Title: Great family stay, but clarification needed on "child stays free" policy. We recently stayed at the Furama Hotel Kuala Lumpur as a family, and overall, it was a great experience. The rooms were good, the atmosphere was clean, and the location is absolutely fantastic. However, we ran into one issue with our booking. We booked for two adults and one child, but were only provided with a single King bed and no extra mattress or bedding for our child. My suggestion to management: If the hotel's policy allows children to stay for free, it would be a huge improvement to provide an extra mattress or rollaway bed as part of that policy. Sharing a standard bed can be quite tight for a family. That aside, it's a wonderful hotel and we had a great stay overall!

I had a wonderful and memorable stay at this hotel. Breakfast was so delicious and Everything was excellent, including the cleanliness, comfort, and overall service. I would especially like to thank Salman and Nazalan in the hotel staff for their outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and friendly attitude. They were always helpful, courteous, and made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their dedication and excellent customer service truly made my experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

My wife and I would like to formally recognize Mr. Nisan Shokla Das, of Furama Bukit Bintang, for his outstanding professionalism and dedication on his job as an room attendenant with the Hotel. My wife and I had the opportunity to first-hand experienced the exceptional service and commitments demonstrated by Nisan himself. He is very detailed in the job given to him and he took care of the room as I have asked for and expected him to. He is extremely attentive and responsible on the job. He even came knocking on the door and asked if everything is ok. I have stayed in all the Furama Hotels in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and now in Malaysia. This trip truly showed us the professionalism of a staff from your Hotel Group. Please extend my gratitude, appreciation and recognition to Mr.Nisan. I had a wonderful dining experience at this hotel. The food was delicious. The music created a lovely atmosphere and made the experience even more enjoyable. I would also like to give special thanks to Mojibur and Hassan for their excellent service. They were very friendly and welcoming us. Their kindness and professionalism truly made our experience memorable. Thanks for Sam also for their service that very nicely. Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again!
