I had an amazing stay at Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional and the atmosphere felt welcoming and comfortable. The rooms were beautifully maintained, with stunning views and thoughtful details that made the stay feel special. A very big thank you to Ariq and Selva, who truly elevated the experience. Their professionalism, kindness, and warm hospitality stood out throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and their genuine care left a lasting impression. Traders Hotel is definitely one of the best places to stay in KL — exceptional service, great facilities, and staff who make you feel valued. Highly recommended.

Very good location being less then 10 minute walk to KLCC. The hotel is more suited to business travellers instead of holiday makers like ourselves. The breakfast selection was very good, the room we had was facing the twin towers and was a good size. The service we recived was good but not like what you would receive at a traditional Shangri La hotel. If you are travling for work its great however if you are on holiday you would be paying for the view and location only.

My husband and I stayed at Traders Hotel for 3 nights to end our honeymoon. We both agree that our experience here was very good. Our room was comfortable and looked out on a very good view of the Petronas Towers, we were located on a high floor which made the view all the more amazing. When booking we chose to add the Traders Club lounge and we did not regret it. The service, food and the relaxed vibe was more than expected. We were particularly looked after by Oliver. He welcomed us, he made sure we always had everything we needed and he recommended places for us to visit with regard to what we told him we were looking for. Oliver secured us a late check out and access to stay in the lounge until our evening departure. Thank you Oliver. We would highly recommend this hotel

Great location and easy to get to on the opposite side of the park to the petronas towers and easy walking to the main attractions. The hotel had all the facilities one could need. All in great condition and well looked after. The room was cleaned daily, beds made and bathroom and bedroom tidied - the betrothed generally all spotless. The staff were all attentive, friendly and professional from concierge, reception, restaurant staff through to the pool attendants.. Love the fact there is the park opposite the hotel and could get out running or for an evening/morning stroll all feeling very safe.

We stayed at the Traders twice in September 2025 and both stays were excellent. The check-in process by Nazreen and Jive were efficient, swift and they explain the details of the Traders Club clearly. For our needs, the hotel ticked the boxes as it was easily accessible and it was great to the Suria KLCC and Avenue K mall next door. There are some refurbishment works taking place in the Sky Bar at the moment which are due to be completed in November time but the area was still accessible to guests but we didn't have any drinks there as we had access to the Traders Club Lounge for the evening drinks between 5pm to 7pm. Our rooms (2423 and 1333) were clean, well maintained and we did not experience any issues in our rooms during both stays. We tried the massage in the spa facilities and found it to be a relaxing experience which was perfect the day after our long flight. The gym was small but well equipped and we had no issues with using the equipment we needed during our visit in the morning. The team in the Traders Club Lounge led by Oliver were fantastic, they were all so friendly and helpful each time we visited the lounge to ensure we were comfortable so that we can simply enjoy the food and drink whilst admiring the view! Oliver is a real asset to the business who clearly has many years of hospitality experience as nothing was every too much and he made every effort to speak with each guest, offering suggestions of where to go visit and where to eat which is brilliant for a foodie! My wife wasn't feeling towards the end of our trip and May arranged for some chicken soup to be made for her during breakfast service which was very kind of May and we are very grateful for this gesture! We will not hesitate in booking another stay at the Traders when we visit KL again.
