The Traders Hotel is a really welcoming and comfortable spot in a great location. Service throughout our 2-night stay was flawless. The Swimming pool (at the top of the building and home also to a bar) was really fun. There’s also a well-equipped gym with expansive views. The lounge was great and boasted a big breakfast selection. The decor in our room (2323) was a bit sparse and plain but the view was sensational and we had everything we needed (bathrobes, hairdryer, fresh water) and a big bathroom with an excellent shower. Our room was perfectly quiet so we slept really well here too.

Highly recommended hotel. Free shuttle buggy to suria klcc, and great view of klcc twin tower from our room. The staff very helpful. Thankyou Ms.Farah (reception)for giving us great view room 2717, my son love it! We are staying at the club floor & the Club lounge was great! Staff name Hakim on the club floor really helpful and same goes to Mr.Oliver, thanks for the great hospitality. Overall our stay was great, 10/10, im surely back for this hotel.

Excellent location a short walk from 2 malls and the KLCC Park. The shuttle to the Suria KLCC Mall was excellent. Exceptional service for drinks at the bar in Bar on 6. However the Sky Bar/Pool area was overpriced and not welcome for pool users to sit and relax after a swim. The sky bar experience was also disappointing as the area is too warm and the music too load to properly relax with drink in the evening and the 100RM minimum spend for Petronas Towers view window seats is little rich. I would recommend Bar on 6 for a more relaxed / welcoming place to have a quiet drink after a busy day. If you book Petronas Towers view rooms I would recommend room 07 upwards avoid rooms 01, 03 and probably 05 due to the noise / rumbling mechanics from the lifts as well as noisy guests using the lifts.
The Management
An excellent stay at Traders Hotel, refined, comfortable, and truly a home away from home. Special appreciation to Regina and Oliver & team for their impeccable hospitality and personal touch, which elevated the entire experience. The food was consistently excellent, and the views from both the Club Lounge and the suite were outstanding, adding a real sense of luxury to the stay. Highly recommended and very much looking forward to returning.

Spent my Christmas day for the first time here. Overall, hotel is nice, clean and strategic location. However, staff could be more friendly and warmth towards guests. I do appreciate getting upgraded so thank you for that. For breakfast, the hotel can be more prepared during peak season. There was a really long queue between 8.30 to 10.30. waited about 10-15 mins to get a table for breakfast. Also, the food ran out rather quickly because of the big crowd. But food quality is excellent.
