Amazing service and truly kind staff! I had some car trouble and needed a jump start before heading back to Kuantan. The nice hotel staffs kindly came out with the hotel vehicle and helped me without hesitation. He even said he felt sorry seeing a girl dealing with the problem alone, so he just had to come and help. 🥹🤩 thank you the great staffs. I’m truly grateful for their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. Thanks to him and the two beautiful staffs, I was able to get back to Kuantan safely. Thank you so much, IBIS! Your staff really made my day. ❤️ Highly recommended

It was a wonderful stay. We went as a group and when my friend had a room where the bed was uncomfortable as it sank as she slept, they immediately changed the next day though we only stayed 2 nights. Location was great and pick up by Muthu and his colleague to and from the bus station though we arrive late was a great service. Muthu is really a very nice guy. Though he alighted us at the bus station upon our departure and it was raining, he still texted me and checked if we got into the bus safely back to spore. Thank you Ibis for such wonderful staff and service

I would like to sincerely thank Lynn from Ibis KLCC for her exceptional service and hospitality. Before my arrival, Lynn took the initiative to check room availability and helped secure the room preference that I requested. She was also kind enough to arrange an early check-in when a room became available, which made my stay much more comfortable and convenient. What impressed me most was her responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. Small gestures like these make a big difference to a guest's experience and show a high level of customer care. Lynn is a valuable asset to the hotel, and I truly appreciate her dedication and effort. Because of the excellent service provided by Lynn, I would gladly choose Ibis KLCC again in the future. Thank you, Lynn, for making my stay a memorable one.

Watched the 2026 World Cup Semi Final between England and Argentina here thru their special buffet event. The dining hall was nice, the food spread was good with unlimited popcorn. The staff was very friendly. Good job for one of the staff that night explaining and managing a foreigner that was bringing alcohol to drink inside the dining hall that it was not allowed

The room is spacious, reasonably priced, and clean. What I love most is the breakfast spread! It was surprisingly delicious! To all the chefs who prepared the breakfast buffet, thank you! As a Malaysian, I’m proud that tourists can enjoy decent local food, especially since this hotel is highly popular with visitors. Keep up the great work!
