Listen, this is a low cost place so overall I was pretty surprised, pleasantly. Food - very good in the Magnus restaurant. Range of drinks really nice, again worth upgrading to Magnus to experience better. Restaurant staff really really nice. Some pedantic rules about moving tables but they were doing their job and doing it well. One senior manager man was so kind to us when we needed first aid. Pools - decent and well kept Value for money very good. A really enjoyable few days. Some rowdy folk in the main bar but harmless. Children’s entertainment was pretty naff compared to other places. However, reception staff quite rude (no explanation of anything at check in eg timings for breakfast, how to find rooms, how to hire towels… didn’t even wish us a comfortable stay or say goodbye) and room was not turned around once during our stay. I literally had to call twice to ask and it wasn’t done. The sheets and towels were clean on arrival but the sofas in the room and itchy and disgusting. I’m convinced they caused my son’s bites.

This is a very honest review. We got back Thursday after doing 7 nights. Pool is great for kids. Perhaps 7 plus they really get their use out of as the slides are the type where you go right under water when you come down. Food delicious, although no wheetabix which my daughter loves. We have figured all inclusive isnt for us as she’s so picky. Entertainment great. Rooms pretty clean., but no blankets unless ask for one. Air con system brill, can set own temperature. No bottled water or kettle which was a biggy for me. Drinks great, coffee nice. I probably wouldn’t stop here again as i want to be more central knowing a local shop is a stones throw away

Stayed a week on the magnus side with my wife and 2 kids last week, absolutely loved our stay here, the food was top notch and catered for everyone, if you go hungry there is something wrong. Range of drinks was fantastic, and you even had beer and wine on tap. The staff were extremely hardworking and friendly. Would like to give a mention to Julian and Lorenzo, so friendly and a credit to your hotel. Our beds were made every day and towels replaced daily. We would definitely return, and hopefully soon.

Overall it was okay. I have to leave an honest review unfortunately. Our daughter loved it. As parents we dealt with the holiday and made the most we could of it. We was mislead with our room for one. We had a few visitors that were unwanted but I guess you can't help cockroaches in Majorca... Blood on bed linen was a nasty suprise. Room was very far away from the pool and right at the top of the hill. When notifying the resort before hand my partner was disabled.. this wasn't catered for in anyway at all. Very rude male receptionist who told the mother of my child to "quiet" our daughter who had just spent the day travelling and was very tired. And then continued to try start an issue with the mother. Asking if she had a problem with him... Well yeah!! You told a 2 year old to be quiet. We made the most of the pools and they are great! Food and drink was very good. And apart from the little man who was very rude. All the other staff are fantastic. The entertainment is the evening was alright. Great for a child! But my biggest issue!! I have a severe nut allergy. There needs to be more warnings and specific allergens given. Asking staff I was left with the questions "what don't you like?" It's not I don't like .. I could die if I eat the wrong thing. So I was left not able to have alot of choice. There is barcodes on the allergens above food. But it doesn't scan and doesn't label the specific allergen it contains. Overall I wouldn't return to Fergus Club Europa. Our daughter loved her 1st holiday. But she's 2 .. she'll be happy with anything aha 😂 Thanks again for the visit. But please use this to improve services at your resort.

Beautiful location! I went with my family and we immediately got given our room key and a full map of where to go!! The jet 2 staff were ther all day and told us info about the shuttle buses. We stayed in the magnus area and it was quite busy byt not too busy. The food is amazing and so is the entertainment!! We had a wonderful week there.
