We spent 9 nights here in June 2026. We enjoyed everything about the hotel. Checkin was easy and individual, rooms where to a good to high standard. The pools and beach areas were well positioned for our accommodation and always had beds and shade available either with umbrellas or the garden planting. The bars and lunch restaurant were good if a little pricey. An example being a latte was €7 whilst elsewhere we could get the same for €4. Staff were happy for people to wander to the nearest supermarkets for supplies such as snacks and water. This was a 10-15 minutes walk. Breakfast was good standard and plentiful with standard fare. The omelette were made fresh and pancake station were popular Evening meal was good too and varied, we were able to choose different main courses each evening of our stay if we preferred. Children friendly meals were available and looked well made We walked in Elounda most days and enjoyed the sea front bars shops and restaurants reviewed elsewhere The day trip to Spinolonga was worth doing. Catch the KTel bus to Agios Nikolais for €2pp or a taking was €18

I was on a solo trip last week and stayed at the Elounda Bay Palace. The hotel was perfect in every way if you’re looking for a friendly relaxing getaway. It was very clean and the half board breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent with great choices. Special shout out to Sofia and Maria in the restaurant - they could not have provided a better or more welcoming service! All of my needs were taken care of - there was even food and a bottle of wine waiting in the room when I arrived to check in after midnight. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Fabulous 10 days at this hotel. We arrived at midnight to sandwiches in our room which was great after travelling. Room was older style but fresh and clean and we had a lovely balcony which was just over the buffet restaurant area looking out to sea (404) No-one above or below us.it was very quiet. We had to ask for a kettle but it came quickly. The fridge is great and has a small freezer compartment. Had a couple of maintenance issues which were solved very quickly. Towels replaced twice daily and they were great towels. There was an option not to have your towels replaced so often but they changed them anyway. It might be worth reviewing this as it's a lot of energy and water to wash so often and they dry so quickly on the balcony. They also provide pool towels. Food was great for a buffet. Plenty of variety. We tended to go early for breakfast as it was lovely and quiet. Staff in restaurant were fabulous. So polite and helpful especially when we had to ask for boiling water for our tea! Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. Reception staff also very helpful. They were kind enough to let us stay in our room until 5pm with no charge but appreciate that this may not be possible in July/August as things get busy. Sun beds readily available though we did see some that were reserved and noone came all morning. Staff outside just as helpful. 20 minutes walk to Elounda town. Busy road but if you turn off just past Thea restaurant there is a much safer quieter route. The concierge team were very helpful and arranged a private boat trip for us which we thoroughly enjoyed. I really had a fabulous time. The staff go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. I would return.

Not a convenient location for sure but big, secluded, and quiet nice resort. There was a bit of hiccup during check in and they could've handled it better but overall very friendly and nice. Clean and pretty peorperty. Can walk to cute little town in about 20min but recommend to get a ride to next town (north or south) for good shopping.
