I loved my stay at this hotel—honestly one of the best. I don’t understand how it’s not rated five stars. Check-in was so easy and quick, and Pere at reception was incredibly kind and helpful, especially considering it was midnight when I arrived. The room was stunning, with a beautiful view overlooking the sea and the island. It was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The service throughout my stay was outstanding. Breakfast was amazing, and the location is perfect—just a 7-minute walk to a gorgeous beach with plenty of nearby shops for food and drinks. The whole place felt peaceful and tranquil. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Hotel is lovely, clean and modern and the room was quite spacious with a lovely balcony and seaside views. It's in a nice location but you do have to walk up a hill to get to it but it's not that long of a walk from the main town (about ten minutes). Pool area is amazing, probably the best I've ever seen. It's spacious and sun loungers are well spread out so you're not sitting beside people you don't know. I went in September and there were more than enough sun loungers for everyone. Only downside to hotel is the bathroom isn't closed off from bedroom which makes it a bit weird

We have just returned from a lovely holiday at the Sunset Elva Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The room was a full sea view room, and the views were spectacular. The views of sunrises were so good, the hotel should be renamed " Elba Sunrise Hotel"! The food was absolutely great, especially the breakfasts. I particularly appreciated the " tea station" , with a selection of fresh tea leaves, teapots, and hot water, to make your own. Omelettes were made fresh for you at breakfast. The evening food was lovely, with lots of choice. The pool was freezing, but looked good! The evening entertainment was held in the " Bow Bar" by the sea, and consisted of musicians with backing tapes. They were all very good, but the amps were too loud for my comfort. The staff worked hard to keep the hotel areas clean, and the rooms were cleaned daily. I could have sat in the room balcony all day and enjoyed the view over the sea! The gym was good and had lovely views too! Highly recommended.

We happened to stop by this place while taking a walk. We asked at reception if there was anywhere we could have a coffee, and the very friendly staff recommended the terrace. The bartender was also extremely pleasant and suggested a chill-out area. The place is wonderful, with a great atmosphere. We’re not sure if we’ll ever stay as hotel guests since we live in Palma, but we will definitely return as terrace visitors. Thank you!

Elba Sunset has gone above and beyond my expectations. The service is always kind, compassionate, and delivered with a smile. From the moment I arrived, the staff have been incredibly helpful and welcoming. The rooms are spotless, very comfortable, and my sea view is simply breathtaking—truly making my stay extra special. I also visited the spa for a full body massage with Lorena, who was absolutely exceptional. The massage was so relaxing, and she was both professional and polite, providing a perfect service. I spent a wonderful day enjoying the spa facilities as well, which was exactly what I needed. I still have a few days left here, but I’m already so happy with my decision to stay at Elba Sunset. I will definitely be recommending it to others and look forward to coming back again!
