We had a wonderful stay at Elba Sunset. The staff were incredibly helpful & kind. The rooms were beautiful, modern, comfortable and clean. The staff kindly put myself and my friends rooms next to each-other which was a lovely touch. The area we were in was nice and quiet and we could not hear the strip at all. Luckily the hotel is located on the top of a cliff so it was away from the actual strip. The view from the hotel is beautiful. The facilities were brilliant although the gym could do with some work as it was extremely basic. I would also note that the breakfast was fantastic so we definitely recommend having that added to your booking. However lunch & dinner were poor quality and extremely overpriced. I would also note that drinks around the pool area were also extremely overpriced. Overall it was a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the setting is beautiful and modern, and the sea view from our room was absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is lovely, and the rooms are spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always happy to help. They truly made us feel at home throughout our stay. The only point we would like to mention concerns the breakfast. As Muslims, we would have appreciated having more options for guests with dietary requirements. For example, offering some halal products or at least a few non-pork alternatives, as well as keeping the preparation and serving of pork and non-pork items separate. Unfortunately, we couldn’t even order an omelette because it was cooked on the same grill as the ham omelettes, which meant our breakfast choices were very limited. We found this quite disappointing, especially as a small change could make the breakfast much more inclusive for international guests with different dietary needs. Apart from this, everything else was excellent, and we would like to thank the entire team for their kindness and outstanding hospitality. We would happily recommend this hotel and hope our feedback will be taken as a constructive suggestion to make the experience even better for all guests.❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Elba Sunset Mallorca. We stayed in the Prestige Double Room Neptuno with Sea View, and it exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, modern, very well equipped, and featured a large terrace with beautiful sea views. The complimentary water and soft drinks in the minibar were also appreciated. Breakfast was included in our stay and offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty options every day. The hotel has two swimming pools, including a rooftop sky pool with breathtaking views. Both pools are beautiful for relaxing and enjoying the scenery, although they are not very deep for guests who enjoy swimming laps. Fortunately, the beach is only a short walk away. The location is excellent. There are beaches on both sides of the hotel, plenty of restaurants nearby, and Magaluf can be reached in around 10 minutes on foot. The service was outstanding. The reception staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. During our stay, it was my husband’s birthday, and the hotel kindly offered us complimentary drinks, which was a very thoughtful gesture. We also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, the respectful guests, and the overall feeling of safety throughout our stay. Considering the room quality, facilities, service, and location, we found the price very reasonable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Highly recommended

We came for the spa and massage, greeted by Flor and her team member whose name began with A. They both gave me and my partner a massage. We got 1 hour use of the facilities which were just outstanding. Very clean professional and what you expect for paying the money. Thank you so much, also we will be staying here next when we visit Palma. Such a beautiful outstanding hotel!!!

This hotel is stunning. We were a party of 6 ladies celebrating a hen party. From the moment we arrived everything was incredible. The reception staff are so welcoming and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We were given room upgrades and put next to each other as requested. And a bottle of cava was ready for the hen. The hotel is spotless. The staff work tirelessly to keep it that way. The views are incredible. It's a short walk into Palma one way and the same the other way into Magaluf. We will definitely return. Thank you Elba Sunset for the amazing stay
