My wife and I stayed here for 7 days. We stayed in one of the plunge pool rooms. We arrived from Melbourne and even though we were an hour and a half late, our driver and the hotel were very understanding and accommodating. The marble lobby was amazing, the pool area was amazing. Our room was amazing. The food was amazing. And the Balinese people are the most friendly, patient people i have ever met. From check in to check out, the whole process was super easy. If you are trying to decide where to stay, especially if you want a private pool, you won't be disappointed.

Very disappointing experience and definitely not what we expected from a hotel advertised as a luxury property. The rooms feel very old and outdated, and there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Our first room was on the 5th floor, directly below the rooftop area, and the music was extremely loud. We asked to change rooms because of the noise, and they moved us all the way to the ground floor , right in front of the pool bar room for people with disabilities!!!. Unfortunately, the music and noise were still very loud, so changing rooms didn’t really solve the problem. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the beach access. From the photos and description, we expected a more private or exclusive beachfront experience. In reality, the beach is completely public, with people coming in directly from the street, motorbikes around the area, and sunbeds being rented by outside vendors for very cheap prices. It doesn’t feel like a luxury hotel beach experience at all. Overall, the hotel feels much older and less luxurious than it appears online. Considering the price and the “luxury” positioning, we expected a completely different standard. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

I stayed at the Double Six with my wife and two daughters and we were so glad we picked this hotel. The location is fantastic with stunning views of the beach and sunsets. We picked an ocean view double room suite, to be near our daughters yet have still have our privacy. The service is outstanding, the people are so friendly, always smiling and nothing is too much. The hotel has a beautiful lobby leading on to the pool area. The food by the pool is amazing, I recommend the burgers, amazing juicy and so tasty. The Plantation restaurant and whiskey bar is to die for. Dining with saxophone music or an opera singer. So classy. Exquisite food and amazing whiskey lead by a top class team. The breakfasts in the rooftop bar are perfect with so much to choose from and eat as much as you like. We spent many evening in the rooftop bar with lots of entertainment, live bands and cocktails 50% off for residents. The onsite Spa and gym are amazing. Beautifully laid out and so relaxing. The Owners Lounge is available with free drinks on your last day before you head off. So relaxing with showers and comfortable sofas, even though it’s a sad day when you leave. The fact the hotel lays on such a beautiful room is as if they are saying thank you and just shows the lengths they go to please you. I could go on and on about this hotel and for me must be up there is the top 2 in Seminyak. The comments about noise from others is just ridiculous. It’s a holiday destination and you would expect some music on the beach. It all stops around 10pm so if you want some sleep it’s not an issue. Those want to sleep at 8pm or 9pm should book a place in Ubud or elsewhere.

I had a fantastic stay at this property and couldn't recommend it more. The staff were incredibly friendly and prompt, making check-in and any requests a breeze. Our room was both spacious and spotlessly clean, which made for a very comfortable home base. The location is excellent, putting us right where we needed to be, but the real highlight was the amazing sunset views from the hotel! To top it off, the food and drinks were great; we found ourselves dining on-site more than we expected. I’ll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was great and had an awesome view from the rooftop. We ate lunch twice beside the pool, and the service and food were also good. The availability of the Owner's Lounge for guests who have a flight after checkout was an added bonus. A lovely air-conditioned space with access to showers and free drinks made our 11:30 pm flight a breeze.
