We stayed during november at mirage lagoon. It met all our expecations and exceeded them. The water is blue, there are a lot of beautiful fish and sting rays and baby sharks. Food was delicious and staff very helpful and nice. The room was very convenient. Special thanks to Ameen from reception for the beautiful pictures he took and setting up my phone with the wifi. Thanks to emmi from reception regarding the dolphin cruise! Also the staff in the restaurants like hoody, ton, martin were exceptionally kind just like in the italian restaurant we visited a lot. Another special thanks to fazil from house keeping. He did a phenomenal job and made us feel very welcome. The palm tree art is very beautiful as well as the sand pictures! All the best to you guys. We totally recommend the place!

Our stay at Centara Mirage Lagoon Maldives exceeded expectations in every way. The resort offers a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and family-friendly amenities. The dining options are impressive, with consistently good food and refreshing beverages. Recreational areas, including the beach and kids’ pool, are very well maintained. Transportation within the resort through the baggie service is efficient, and the availability of an on-site doctor provides added peace of mind for families. The staff demonstrate genuine hospitality and attention to detail, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. A truly exceptional resort — ideal for families and couples alike.

Nice hotel and very good staff. - Kids Club EZone was amazing and used by the whole family. They have PlayStations / Switch, Football Table and Pinball Machine - Room was spacious and clean thanks to Monir from Housekeeping who is an absolute star! Mentioned to his Supervisor Ram who did a great job as well. - The restaurants are good but lack variety, especially the International Buffet which did not change for the 4 days we were there. - The staff however are great everywhere - especially Timmi from the Thai Restaurant and Rygin from the Italian Restaurant. - Great areas for snorkeling all around - Parrot named Jack who is very Friendly and nice - Waterpark and lazy river were great - I wish there were more shaded areas - Some sort of Daily focus or Theme nights at the International Restaurant would be great - We had to book a place as the restaurants were full but the resort was very empty so I wonder how this would work out when the resort is full - Thai section at the international restaurant is very limited - the Thai Chefs are great and helpful, but I wish there was more authentic Thai food.. - only the Thai restaurant and the Waiting area by the reception have AC.. - the website and booking experience was very bad. Website was unintuitive and the Callcenter staff was just rude and unhelpful. We almost cancelled due to this. - the price dropped after we booked and there was no way Centara would honor their „best price“ guarantee for us which is dissapointing - birthday of our kid was mentioned at the booking and at check in and we were willing to pay for a cake but it was ignored until the day after the birthday when we got a small complimentary cake.. It’s a bit dissapointing as our kid saw other children getting celebrated in the restaurant etc.. We did not expect much but a little recognition. Would recommend the Hotel for Families and short stays as the food will get boring really quick, would also recommend to book over Travel Agent but not direct with Centara.

Wonderful Family Stay We had a great family holiday at Centara Mirage Lagoon Maldives. We had an issue with our first overwater villa, but the manager and team acted fast and moved us to another villa — very helpful and professional! The food was good, especially the Thai restaurant. The Italian restaurant was nice too and has good potential to get even better. The hotel is new and well-managed, and I’m sure it will continue to improve with more experience. All the staff were kind, friendly, and always trying to make our stay perfect. They even let our kids make pizza with the chef — such a lovely touch! Thank you to everyone for making our trip amazing. Sorry for forgetting the names — but we truly appreciate all of you!

Not only did he warmly welcome us and personally show us around the property, but he also orchestrated a beautiful birthday surprise during our dinner and along with housekeeping, arranged a lovely room setup that made the celebration feel incredibly special. His attention to detail, genuine care, and thoughtful gestures truly touched our hearts. The restaurants’ team also deserves praise for their consistently warm, friendly, and attentive service. Every meal was not only delicious but enhanced by the kind and professional staff who made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you to Cathy, Terrence, Moosa, Alex, Rio, Tommi, Timmi and Kumar. Kudos to all the hotel staff! Everyone is always greeting you with a warm smile. The resort itself is stunning – perfectly located just 35 minutes by speedboat with breathtaking views, beautifully maintained grounds, and top-notch facilities that cater to both relaxation and recreation. This was easily one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable – we’ll definitely be back!
