I highly recommend this hotel! We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the rooms are well maintained, and the location is perfect, right on the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sea whenever you want. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options every day. What truly made our stay special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Their kindness and support made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would definitely love to come back and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing seaside vacation.

Beautiful hotel situated alongside Cala Millor seaside, the hotel has stunning sea view from its lounge, pool and rooms. Everyone is polite, smiling and ready to help/assist. The buffet restaurant is very variegated, with plenty of good food, that can easily satisfy everyone. The two pools are very clean, one is in front of the beach with the lounge bar on the back while the other (child friendly) is in the garden, playing good music and you can find the bar/self nearby. The SPA and the GYM are very cosy and clean. I really enjoy this hotel and can’t wait to be back, thank U!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making me feel valued as a guest. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the cozy bedding to the well-designed interior. The location is excellent—conveniently situated close to key attractions, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around very easy. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a good variety of options to suit different tastes. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and inviting, perfect for both отдых and business trips. Thank you for such a pleasant experience—I will definitely return in the future!

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The atmosphere was fantastic throughout our stay, with great entertainment every day from fun pool activities to excellent evening entertainment, including DJs and live saxophone performances. The staff were consistently cheerful, welcoming, and incredibly friendly, which really made the experience special. A special mention to Nahuel, who was exceptionally charming, professional, and made guests feel genuinely looked after. His warm energy and friendliness did not go unnoticed!

I stayed here with my partner for a week at the beginning of June. The location of the hotel it great. Close to the beach and local amenities, including bike rentals, bars, restaurants and lots of shops. The communal areas are smart, modern and were kept tidy. I can't comment on the food or drink, as we opted for room only due to having so many options for food outside the hotel. The room was ok, but for a 4 star hotel it wasn't up to standard. The bottom of the bathroom door looked very worn and water damaged. There was a long crack down the tiles in the bathroom next to the loo. The was a lot of noise from all sides of the room. The balcony door was also damaged, and sometimes didn't lock correctly - which was a bit of a worry since we were on the ground floor. Overall clean but quite a lot in need of repair. The housekeeping were nice and friendly, but didn't top up hand soap or the shower gel when we clearly needed it, so we ended up asking at reception. There wasn't great communication about facilities. Like the spa area being closed between June and September. And there was zero communication about the two bed loungers on the terrace needed to be booked and paid for, not even a sign near them mentioning that fact. A secure place to store bags before our transfer home was also at extra cost, which was not a nice surprise. Overall an OK hotel in an amazing location, but there needs to be better communication about things costing extra or needing to be booked. And some parts in the room needed to be fixed.
