We stayed in this hotel for one week, just came back. I really liked the place. Rooms were nice and everything worked nicely. If I have to say something about anything, the cleaning had some issues but nothing serious. Food was absolutely great. I liked the variety of it, some changing themes, not just the same fries and beef etc. I also liked the thing the personnel were smiling and spoke english really well. I really had some nice chats with you guys there too. This hotel is situated in a really peacefull beach. Not that much people moving around on the beach or anywhere else. If you like to relax and enjoy, this is absolutely a place to go. Renting a car is a good choise to see places around, go and have walks on the beach or go to see ancient Olynthos like I did, like an hour to see some nice history. I can absolutely recommend this place for anyone. This is nice place to take your time, you can find people or just chill in peace, both ones can be done. Thanks for the nice week, I already miss you!

An amazing hotel and amazing staff too, would definitely recommend this hotel but do hire a car if you want to do anything as it is in middle of countryside. The evening entertainment is so good that you look forward to going the next night the staff in the entertainment area working the bar were amazing they remembered our drinks order so we just had to say our normal drink plz, only thing I would say is if you not keen on very cold water in the pools go later in year not start of there summer season like we did as getting in pool was like trying to get in a ice bath.

8 pools, 3 restaurants, 2 bars, 1 beach, live music, sports activities, kids club and water slides. Tui Lagoon Princess would be nothing without its incredible staff that always have a smile for you and your children. The local Greek staff give this all inclusive experience a level of hospitality that only they know how to bring. Magnificent people. There is a situation in the grill restaurant where you can eat unlimited gyros kebabs. Unlimited.

We stayed at Blue Lagoon Princess Resort as a family and overall we were very satisfied. The resort is clean, spacious, and well maintained, making it a comfortable choice especially for families with children. The rooms and common areas feel airy and uncrowded, which really adds to the relaxing atmosphere. There are plenty of activities for kids, including dedicated children’s pools, which were a big plus for us. Our children were happy and entertained throughout the stay. The food was also very good, with enough variety and quality to keep everyone satisfied during the week. That said, there are a couple of points that could be improved. The swimming pools and the pool bar close at 6:00 pm, which feels quite early compared to other resorts where they usually close around 7:00 pm. This slightly limits the afternoon and early evening relaxation by the pool. Additionally, some fitness and activity sessions are scheduled during meal times. If you plan to follow the main meal schedule, it becomes almost impossible to participate in these activities without missing lunch or dinner. It felt as if TUI, which organised all the activities and entertainment, did not coordinate with the hotel at all resulting in a lack of cohesion in the daily program. Despite these minor drawbacks, we had a great family holiday and would recommend the resort, especially for families looking for a clean, comfortable place with good food and child-friendly facilities.

2 adults, 3 boys 13 and under. ... Room was great. Spacious, clean, good facilities, air con, very close access to pool, bar/food, and beach. Friendly, attentive staff throughout. Supermarkets within 20min walk along the beach (mini market on site). The whole place is well kept and organised. Any issues are rectified exceedingly quickly (we had a hot water issue on arrival, sorted inside 30mins) ... Im a chef for a living. So, the food... ...it's, alright. But that's not good enough for the price imo. There is a large selection to be had at lunchtime and dinner, but it's very similar/same each day. Chicken in sauces, grilled meats, wide ranging vegetable dishes, rice, pasta, nothing that special. Fresh produce is outstanding, particularly salads, (tomatoes, olives, peppers, aubergine...) cheeses and breads. But cooked breakfast items are frankly, bad. I appretiate it's Greece, not England, and they're trying, but reformed "bacon", tinned sliced reheated mushrooms and strange beans isn't good enough. Hotdogs are not appropriate as breakfast sausages. Hash browns ran out after our second day, and frozen potato wedges are not an adequate replacement. Fresh fried/boiled eggs, stale dry crappy scrambled. Yoghurt is obviously great, along with the honey. Greek coffee is good, the tea isn't. There are always local dishes to try, but nothing special, so left wanting. Hot holding temperature on soup/porridge cauldrons is shocking. If the hot hold was 58°C in my job, I'd be fired on the spot for gross misconduct. Its frankly, dangerous. I complained about this, and felt ignored. No change made. ... In short, the place is great. Hot and sunny, lots to do, bottomless bar, great pools, good beach, entertainment laid on... ...but the food is mediocre, and should be looked into closely. I wont be re-booking. ... Ibiza was much better, and cheaper. ... ... I am editing my review here, as am unable to reply to the hotel management responce. ... Yes, there are many positives to the resort as a whole, which you choose to focus on. Yes, I did eat in all of the available restaurants. Yes, they all had the same issue. Yes, there is a large selection, but it's all very similar, and not good enough for the price being paid. Yes, the comments regarding the ban Marie cooking/not continuing to cook in the hot hold is obvious, and patronising. Yes, its a fact that the hot hold temperature is not high enough, dangerous, and completely illegal in the UK. Yes, the attempt to deflect, and only focus on my positive comments, shows that the kitchen/management team are not focused on what is wrong, with no real, active attempts to rectify it. Yes, when somebody gets food poisoning from the hot hold, or has an allergic reaction (open peanut butter on counter, cross contamination) and dies as a result, perhaps then action will be taken? Trying to help you. Don't deflect. Address the issue. Before someone is seriously hurt.
