Our stay at Alila was simply wonderful—the best hotel I've ever been to! The service was exceptional, and we were always greeted with a smile everywhere we went. We even received an unexpected upgrade and our room was fantastic. The atmosphere here is beautiful and the entire hotel is extremely clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which left nothing to be desired. I thoroughly enjoyed this vacation and would recommend Alila to anyone!

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a really lovely experience. The room was very nice, clean, and full of character, with a charming historical feel. The staff were exceptional — always friendly and willing to help, and they even managed to fit me in for a last-minute spa booking, which I really appreciated. The swimming pool area is beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The restaurant food was average — the special buffet with the fire show was fun and lively, but the food itself was quite ordinary, and lack of choices. My only small complaints were about housekeeping and maintenance. Housekeeping forgot to refill the shower gel when they cleaned the room (which I only discovered mid-shower!), and the balcony railing was a bit loose, which felt slightly unsafe. Overall, I’d still recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and relaxing atmosphere. Just a few small improvements could make it perfect!

I had a wonderful experience at Alila Seminyak. The hotel has such a calm and relaxing atmosphere, it truly feels like being on a wellness retreat. The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I stayed in a Terrace Suite, which was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. Everything about this hotel was perfect for a peaceful getaway. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to return!

I was very impressed with professionalism of stuff here, sophisticated design of hotel and premium amenities. Needless to say, view from the room (2nd floor with ocean view, 60㎡) is stunning and I enjoyed the sound of ocean all night. Impressive, as always from Hyatt group. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you very much.

My wife got so incredibly sick from the food served at this hotel. We didnt eat anywhere else, only within this complex. Our on stay in Ubud was cancelled as she was in hospital for 6 days in Saba, and lost 6 kilos in the first 2 days. Transported by medi vac lab analysis found gastro (severe) from very poor food handling, parasites found, all documented from the hospital, daily bloods taken and analysed. Our Ubud stay still owed $3000 aus as insurance wouldnt cover. I had to source accom in Komenaka to be close to her. No apology from this hotel. We will never come back and warn anyone staying be extremely careful with the food and drinks service here. Alila refunded our stay, a bare minimum what they should have done. We have warned our family and friends, and never had such an experience. Ruined our entire stay. Never ever again.
