Alila Seminyak was a 10 out of 5 experience and truly one of the best Hyatt stays I have ever had in nearly 30 years of traveling with Hyatt. From the moment we arrived, everything felt exceptional. The property is absolutely beautiful, the oceanfront setting is stunning, and the entire resort has a peaceful, refined, and welcoming feel. The rooms, service, food, pool areas, and overall atmosphere were all outstanding. What really made the stay unforgettable was the staff. Every interaction felt warm, genuine, and professional. They made us feel cared for without ever being intrusive, and the service was among the best I have experienced anywhere in the world. After decades of staying at Hyatt properties, Alila Seminyak stands out as one of the very best. It was relaxing, beautiful, polished, and memorable in every way. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend it without hesitation. Love this place!

amazing hotel, service, staff, location and facilities. the breakfast was outstanding however the ONLY let down from this hotel is the outdated bathrooms. The shower was unfortunately very old and felt dirty despite it being cleaned. This had nothing to do with the cleanliness or efforts of the hotel staff who were amazing and felt everything was very hygienic it was purely lack of modernisation and needing to update the shower allow it to be more presentable, modernised and feeling overall more clean. This however was the only setback from an amazing and beautiful resort and would highly recommend alongside recommending the hotel to consider renovating the showers.

The hotel was clean, beautiful, and well maintained. We really enjoyed the sunset by the beach with live music—it was absolutely stunning. The only downside was the bathroom, which felt a bit dated, especially the shower. I hope this can be updated, as everything else was excellent. A special thanks to Puspa for the wonderful service. You were so kind and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Pictures do not do this place justice. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The service level is just top tier across the board - from front desk, to the porters, service staff, breakfast, dinner, the spa, and even Chef Hazwan who was a delight to see and talk to during mealtimes. The room itself (we took one of the deluxe suite) was huge and beautifully appointed, and everything was well thought out. Anything you might need, you could request - if they didn’t already provide it. For example, the signature sunscreen and after sun cooling gel they provided was better than my own so I just used those. While lounging at the pools, the pool staff would bring you two cold bottles of water, and is always there to assist you should you need them. The beach in front of the hotel is kept pristine and is absolutely lovely. The sunsets are divine. The shower and tub comes with wonderful smelling shower gel and bubble bath. The food is amazing. The location is wonderful as it’s just a short walk from the great restaurants and shops in Seminyak. The only minor complaint I have is it’s proximity to the neighbouring beach club Mrs Sippy. If you were resting in the day (which you likely would given the wonderful room), the folks from next door can be partying a bit too hard sometimes. I plug in my headphones and don’t hear them. Truly one of the best hotels in the world. Stay here if you are looking for somewhere in Seminyak to base your Bali holiday.

From the moment we arrived at Alila Seminyak, we were completely blown away. Every detail, from the breathtaking foyer to the warm welcome we received, set the tone for what turned out to be one of the most memorable holidays we’ve ever had. The genuine care, kindness and professionalism shown by every member of the team made us feel valued from the very first minute. The resort itself is absolutely stunning. The grounds are immaculate, the pools are beautiful, and the atmosphere is both luxurious and incredibly relaxing. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, exceptionally comfortable and had everything we could have wanted. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect. You’re close enough to wander through Seminyak’s amazing shops, cafés and restaurants, yet once you step back into the resort it feels like a peaceful oasis away from the bustle. Whether we watched the sunset from the resort or took a short stroll onto the beach, every evening ended with spectacular views that we’ll never forget. Breakfast each morning became one of the highlights of our stay. The quality and variety of the food were outstanding, but what made it truly special was the incredible team in the restaurant. The level of service was unlike anything we’ve experienced before. They remembered our names, greeted us with genuine smiles every morning and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. It wasn’t just excellent service. It felt personal, thoughtful and heartfelt. A very special thank you to Prabhu, Pande, Irna and Krishna. You each played such an important part in making our stay unforgettable. Your warmth, kindness, attention to detail and genuine hospitality left a lasting impression on us. You made every breakfast something we looked forward to, and your friendly conversations and caring nature made us feel like more than just guests. Even now that we’re home, we still find ourselves talking about you all and wishing we could come back just to see your smiling faces again. People like you are what make a great hotel truly exceptional. Thank you to everyone at Alila Seminyak for creating such a wonderful experience. We left with incredible memories and can’t wait to return. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate. It is simply one of the best resorts we’ve ever experienced. We already miss it and can’t wait for the day we’re lucky enough to return.
