From the moment you enter, you feel truly transported. The lobby is very spacious, the hotel has a beautiful open design, and being right by the sea creates a relaxing and refreshing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, however, they do feel a bit outdated and would benefit from some renovation to match the standard of the rest of the property. The restaurants are excellent, the spa is absolutely exceptional (one of the best highlights of the stay), and the breakfast is outstanding, extremely varied with so many options. The views are breathtaking, whether from the beach bar or during breakfast. I have stayed twice in Alila and every time I feel delighted. I highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟

Fantastic hotel right on the beach. Private entrance with Huge open air lobby that overlook the ocean with breezes. Great customer service by the staff with smile and greeting first. Room is good but was expect more high end but we don’t spend much in the room so. The pool & the beach are the place where we spend most of our time. Great layout & with plenty of seating area. The bar is great place to chill and relax and enjoys the view of the ocean. The spa is just heaven. $60-$70 for an hr massage with very down to earth staff. The restaurant is great. We went here for Sunday AYCE brunch and it just perfect, plenty of seafoods, sushi, small meat dishes and plenty of sweet treats. Quality is great, fresh and delish. Staff are just wonderfully friendly and attentive. We had a wonderful time here overall.

We had a great stay at Alila, and found the rooms nice and large and well appointed. I would recommend the ocean side rooms as the rear facing rooms were noisy. There's plenty of pools for both adults and families with the central pool being available for beach bar patrons as well. The food at Seasalt restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was exceptional with great customer service and the beach bar is so close to the water and has a great atmosphere complimented by very reasonably priced bar food.

Aside from the hotel being in a beautiful location. We ate at the only restaurant the hotel has. We ate there 2 nights in a row as we have been told by friends about Bali belly. By the third day we were all sick. We had to have nurses come to the hotel and administer an iv drip we were out for three days in bed and very sick. The hotel provided only soup for us. They did not even offer to take the restaurant bill off the final total. They said they would investigate why we got sick. They would send samples of the food to get tested. What a load of crock. We arrived Sunday fell ill by Tuesday and spent three days in bed. We departed today being Friday. What a waste of time. Not happy with the service of the management. No care no consideration. From the place that actually gave us Bali belly.

I had a wonderful experience at Alila Seminyak. The hotel has such a calm and relaxing atmosphere, it truly feels like being on a wellness retreat. The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I stayed in a Terrace Suite, which was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. Everything about this hotel was perfect for a peaceful getaway. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to return!
