This was our second stay at the hotel, and once again, the experience was outstanding. We chose to come back because of the excellent service we received on our previous visit, and we were not disappointed. A very special thank you to Head Concierge Douglas Menezes. He remembered us and once again went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He kindly arranged another complimentary room upgrade with a fantastic sea view, and throughout our stay he was always attentive, professional, and willing to help with anything we needed. His exceptional hospitality is one of the main reasons we returned. All of the hotel staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. It's rare to find such consistent service, and we truly appreciate the effort of the entire team. We had another wonderful stay and will definitely return again. Highly recommended!

We had such an amazing experience at The Beach Grill. Everything was exceptional — from the beautiful poolside setting and atmosphere to the delicious food and outstanding service. A special thank you to Mehdi, who truly made our experience memorable. He was incredibly attentive, welcoming and professional, and made sure we were looked after throughout our visit. Beautiful surroundings, excellent food and genuinely wonderful hospitality. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An amazing hotel in one of the best locations in Dubai. Address Beach Resort JBR has everything you could want from a luxury stay — beautiful rooms, excellent facilities and genuinely attentive service throughout. The balcony views are absolutely stunning, especially with the Dubai skyline, sea and JBR surroundings creating an incredible backdrop. It’s the kind of view you never get tired of waking up to. The location is a huge part of what makes this hotel so special. JBR is such a vibrant area, with fantastic walks along the beachfront, plenty of restaurants and cafés, and a great atmosphere throughout the day and evening. There’s always something going on, yet the hotel itself still feels luxurious and relaxing. The pool areas and beach access are excellent, and the whole property has a modern, high-end feel. Staff were welcoming and attentive and really added to the experience. A brilliant combination of luxury, views, beach and location. One of our favourite places to stay in Dubai and somewhere we would happily return to.

We spent our wedding anniversary at Address Beach Resort and had such a lovely family day. We came for Sunday Roast and ended up spending the whole day there! The food was great, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the Kids Club was a huge bonus. Our girls had such a good time there, which meant we could actually enjoy some quiet time by the pool, just the two of us, with a couple of cocktails. 🍸 Such a lovely experience from start to finish and definitely a great choice for a special family day. We’ll happily come back!

We spent a wonderful afternoon at this restaurant for their afternoon brunch and have to leave a review. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place is run with real attention to detail – the location is beautiful, stylish and has exactly the right atmosphere for a relaxed afternoon out, whether with family, friends or business contacts. A very special shout-out to Caroline and the entire team. The service was attentive, warm and genuinely professional from start to finish, without ever feeling intrusive. Caroline took excellent care of us, gave great recommendations on both food and drinks, and brought that rare mix of competence and real hospitality that turns a good afternoon into a memorable one. The food was outstanding. The selection of meat in particular is impressive, the quality is first-class, and the preparation is on a level you rarely come across these days. Every dish was cooked to perfection, well-balanced in flavour and beautifully presented. The drinks menu is just as well thought out – a curated selection that pairs perfectly with the food. In short: great location, excellent food, top drinks, outstanding service. Everything simply fits together here. The afternoon brunch is a real highlight and something we’ll definitely be coming back for. A huge thank you to Caroline and the whole team for a wonderful experience!
