This hotel enjoys an excellent location. Using the covered skywalk next to the hotel, you can easily walk to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur in about 5 minutes and the Petronas Twin Towers in around 15 minutes. Most of Bukit Bintang's major attractions are also within comfortable walking distance. The room was clean and well maintained throughout my stay. The reception staff were professional, welcoming, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The gym was not very large, but it was well equipped and perfectly adequate for a workout. The swimming pool, however, could use some improvement. There were not enough sunbeds available, and the pool area seemed to require a bit more maintenance. The highlight of my stay was definitely the Happy Hour at the lounge on the ground floor. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the selection of hot dishes, cocktails, and other refreshments was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. It was by far the most enjoyable facility in the hotel. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the names of the lounge staff, but I would like to sincerely thank them for their excellent service and warm hospitality. One thing worth noting is that bottled drinking water is not provided in the room. Instead, each room is equipped with a water purifier, so I would recommend bringing a reusable water bottle to make the most of this convenient and environmentally friendly feature. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay in Kuala Lumpur.

I really enjoyed my stay at Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were kind, professional, and always willing to help. One thing I really appreciated was how flexible and accommodating they were whenever I needed assistance. The service was excellent, the rooms were well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our four-night stay at Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre exceeded our expectations and reminded us why we continue to choose Accor hotels wherever we travel. As Accor members, we particularly appreciated access to the Premier Lounge. Enjoying breakfast there each morning was a relaxing way to start the day, and returning each afternoon for the complimentary cocktails and delicious canapés was a real highlight of our stay. The lounge provides a peaceful atmosphere, quality food and beverages, and excellent hospitality. The standout member of the team was Rubel, who looks after the Premier Lounge. He is the perfect example of humble, genuine hospitality. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he welcomed every guest with a warm smile, kindness and professionalism. His attention to detail and quiet dedication ensured everyone felt valued and cared for. Team members like Rubel make a lasting impression and are a tremendous asset to both Novotel and the Accor brand. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, courteous and eager to help. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore Kuala Lumpur, with shopping, dining and the KLCC precinct all within easy reach. Thank you to Rubel and the entire Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre team for making our stay such an enjoyable one. We highly recommend this hotel and will happily stay here again on our next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

Novotel is an excellent hotel that I have ever been to, and it could be on my top 3 list. The hotel overall is so nice, including the room cleaning, the vibe, the environment, and the receptionists. The hotel is near to Pavilion department store, KLCC, and downtown Bukit Bintang. You can grab a lot of food at Jalan Alor, which is only a 10-minute walk away from Novotel. A quick reminder for everyone, the traffic there is not that well-organized, it is not that easy to find a crosswalk, so you have to pay attention when crossing the road. Moreover, here is a small tip for those planning to stay in Novotel. If you would like take the KL monorail, please get off at Bukit Bintang, it would be convenient for those who carry heavy luggage. I would like to give a special thanks to the receptionist, Sharwin. He is so kind and is willing to help the visitor. He showed his patience to us. We even ask him many questions, and he is patient to answer us. We ask him about his pocket list of grocery stores to buy souvenir. He gave us three of them at the beginning; however, we couldn’t find them in Malaysia. We then asked him for another recommended grocery stores, and he indeed gave us another three. I am so thankful that I could meet an enthusiastic receptionist during my trip in Malaysia. Finally, I would like to make a small wish that the body wash set could be brought for sale again in the future.

Here’s a polished Google review based on your experience: Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The rooms are average and about what you would expect from a four-star hotel—comfortable and functional, but without many standout features or luxurious details. The service, however, was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the stay much more enjoyable. The highlight of the hotel was definitely the restaurant. The food was exquisite, with an impressive variety of dishes. Everything I tried was fresh, full of flavor, and of excellent quality. The breakfast buffet was particularly outstanding and absolutely worth including with your stay. The location is also convenient and close to the Pavilion and the Petronas Twin Towers, although it’s a bit of a walk. I would recommend using a Grab or your own vehicle to get around. One thing to note is that the hotel doesn’t offer much of a view, as nearby buildings block most of it. Overall, I would happily stay here again, especially for the excellent service, fantastic restaurant, and delicious breakfast.

Traders Hotel Kuala Lumpur This is a 4-star hotel that truly lives up to its rating. If you are looking for a premier view of the Petronas Twin Towers, this property does not disappoint. Our check-in and check-out processes were smooth as silk, and the room was extremely comfortable. The room featured a floor-to-ceiling view of the towers from the daybed and was equipped with a Smart TV, well-placed electrical sockets, and intuitive light controls. It also offered a spacious bed, ample storage, and a refrigerator. The service at this hotel is equally impressive, ranging from the complimentary buggy service to the KLCC Mall, to the attentive housekeeping and breakfast staff. As far as I am concerned, it was money well spent.

Awesome hotel with great amenities. Rooftop pool/bar is superb. Great views over the Twin Towers. Bara on 6 restaurant serves great food. Room space is good for 2 persons. We stayed as a family with 2 children, it was a bit tight for us, but we managed. I certainly recommend the hotel, it is good value for money, considering the location. 2 malls within walking diszance

Fantastic 2 day stay 🫰🏻 The room was spotless and felt brand new (I think the recent renovation is still a hidden secret and not many people know about this) I loved that the bathub is still there. It’s perfect for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast at the club lounge was delicious, but the real highlight was the staff. Huge shoutout to Oliver, Marizan, Anisa, John, Veronica, Sakina, and Iqbal. Their incredible friendliness and service are the reasons I’ll be back. There’s a few staff from the Bara on Six too. A lady and their manager was nice but I’ve forgotten their name 🥹🙏🏼 Special thanks to Ms. Regina as well for being truly wonderful. The SkyBar is also a must visit if you want to chill by the pool with great views and good bites. The ambience is amazing & food is a solid 4/5 (some dishes could use a little tweak, but still tasty) Ultimately, the best part of this hotel is the location and the unbeatable KLCC view. If you get the right room, you won't want to leave. I genuinely love the room. Traders Hotel is a must visit in KL. It offers affordable luxury, but it's their priceless service that will make you want to return. Thanks again and see you soon

Had a nice experience at traders hotel. Very nice breakfast something to eat for everyone. Comfy bed and pillows, great view of Petrons twin towers. Thank you Traders Hotel team for helping us with early and late checkin / checkouts, also with the luggage storage facility and making our anniversary memorable with the surprise in the room.

One of the worst ibis experiences I have ever had I have stayed at hotels in many countries around the world, and this was genuinely one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have encountered, especially from a property operating under the Accor group. I arrived and completed my check-in at the proper check-in time. However, even after completing the check-in process, the hotel was still unable to provide me with my key card and I had to wait for almost one additional hour before I was allowed into the room. After waiting that long, I expected at the very least to receive a clean and properly prepared room. Instead, I walked into a room that looked as though it had not been properly inspected or prepared for a new guest. There was rubbish left in the bin, hair and cleanliness issues, improperly arranged bedding, and a towel left around the washbasin in a condition that certainly did not look like a freshly serviced room. Several aspects of the room appeared unfinished and unchecked before it was handed over to me. There was also no bottled drinking water prepared in the room. I understand that the hotel provides drinking water through the tap system, but this does not change the larger issue: the room should have been fully checked and properly prepared before being released to a paying guest. I paid almost USD 90 per night, and what I received was nowhere near reasonable value for that price. The most unacceptable part, however, was the way the complaint was handled. I reported the issue through Trip.com, and the response I received was essentially that although I checked in at the correct time, the hotel could not verify whether the condition of the room existed before I entered, because it could potentially have been caused by the guest. That response is absurd. Why would any guest deliberately put rubbish in their own room, mess up the bedding, leave towels around the bathroom, make the room look unclean, photograph everything, and then waste their own holiday complaining about it? Instead of reviewing the housekeeping and room-inspection process, the burden was effectively placed on the guest to prove that the hotel had handed over the room in that condition. That is not acceptable customer service, and it is certainly not what I expect from an international hotel group. The issue is also not simply whether I “checked in on time.” The fact is that I completed check-in, was made to wait almost another hour for access to my room, and then received a room that was still not properly prepared. I am not interested in receiving a generic apology from the hotel. An apology does not change what happened. What this property needs is a serious review of its housekeeping standards, room inspection procedures, and the way guest complaints are handled. I have stayed in hotels around the world and have rarely encountered a situation like this. For this stay, I absolutely do not feel that the experience justified the price I paid, and based on what happened, I cannot recommend this hotel.

It was a wonderful stay. We went as a group and when my friend had a room where the bed was uncomfortable as it sank as she slept, they immediately changed the next day though we only stayed 2 nights. Location was great and pick up by Muthu and his colleague to and from the bus station though we arrive late was a great service. Muthu is really a very nice guy. Though he alighted us at the bus station upon our departure and it was raining, he still texted me and checked if we got into the bus safely back to spore. Thank you Ibis for such wonderful staff and service

Had a great time at ibis buffet! 🤍 Food was nice, lots of choices and everything was well prepared. Definitely enjoyed the dining experience! Special shoutout to Santa for the amazing service! He was really friendly, attentive and helpful throughout our meal. Thank you for taking such good care of us, Santa! 🫶🏻

The hotel is quite old, and the room did not seem to be very well maintained. There was a lot of dust around the room, and some areas clearly needed better cleaning. The door lock was also damaged, which was concerning from a safety perspective. When I checked in, there were no towels provided in the room, so I had to go downstairs and ask the staff for them myself. Overall, the hotel really needs improvement in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and checking that rooms are properly prepared before guests arrive.

I would like to sincerely thank Lynn from Ibis KLCC for her exceptional service and hospitality. Before my arrival, Lynn took the initiative to check room availability and helped secure the room preference that I requested. She was also kind enough to arrange an early check-in when a room became available, which made my stay much more comfortable and convenient. What impressed me most was her responsiveness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. Small gestures like these make a big difference to a guest's experience and show a high level of customer care. Lynn is a valuable asset to the hotel, and I truly appreciate her dedication and effort. Because of the excellent service provided by Lynn, I would gladly choose Ibis KLCC again in the future. Thank you, Lynn, for making my stay a memorable one.

Disappointing experience at Furama Hotel Unfortunately, my experience at Furama Hotel was quite disappointing. It felt more like a money-making hotel than a hotel focused on customer service. At check-in, the reception mistakenly assigned me a queen bed even though my booking was clearly for two single beds, and I had paid extra for that arrangement. Changing the room took additional time and caused unnecessary inconvenience. Another major disappointment was the charge for drinking water. This is the first hotel I have stayed at where I was charged for basic drinking water, rather than having complimentary bottled water available for guests. The laundry charges were also extremely high. I was quoted RM90, whereas in many places the same service can cost around RM10 or is provided at a much more reasonable price. I also found the hotel's policy regarding late check-in to be less flexible than other hotels I have stayed at. The location is good, but for a 3-star hotel, I expected better customer service, more reasonable charges, and greater consideration for guests. Overall, the location is a positive point, but the service and additional charges made my stay disappointing. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and focuses more on guest satisfaction rather than charging for every additional service.

Title: Great family stay, but clarification needed on "child stays free" policy. We recently stayed at the Furama Hotel Kuala Lumpur as a family, and overall, it was a great experience. The rooms were good, the atmosphere was clean, and the location is absolutely fantastic. However, we ran into one issue with our booking. We booked for two adults and one child, but were only provided with a single King bed and no extra mattress or bedding for our child. My suggestion to management: If the hotel's policy allows children to stay for free, it would be a huge improvement to provide an extra mattress or rollaway bed as part of that policy. Sharing a standard bed can be quite tight for a family. That aside, it's a wonderful hotel and we had a great stay overall!

My wife and I would like to formally recognize Mr. Nisan Shokla Das, of Furama Bukit Bintang, for his outstanding professionalism and dedication on his job as an room attendenant with the Hotel. My wife and I had the opportunity to first-hand experienced the exceptional service and commitments demonstrated by Nisan himself. He is very detailed in the job given to him and he took care of the room as I have asked for and expected him to. He is extremely attentive and responsible on the job. He even came knocking on the door and asked if everything is ok. I have stayed in all the Furama Hotels in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and now in Malaysia. This trip truly showed us the professionalism of a staff from your Hotel Group. Please extend my gratitude, appreciation and recognition to Mr.Nisan. I truly hope the Hotel will assign a more challenging position in the Hotel. Thank you, Adrian Ho Room 1705 10 to 14 July, 2026
