This place is beyond magical. I had the warmest stay during my solo trip with the staff taking excellent care of me. Pius was my dedicated butler and he made this stay simply perfect. Whatever idea I had in mind, he helped me make it come to life. Blandina made sure to always make my breakfast the best with views that I cannot describe. Denys, who was always there, making me feel home in this far away from home. Rosemary & the crew making every dinner experience feel so warm and welcoming. It was incredible. The lady from the spa helped me recover from all the water activities in a minute and absolutely knows what she is doing. It was simply amazing. The experience program was very versatile and helped me relax just the way I wanted to. Thank you. I want to say THANK YOU to every single one that made my stay here unforgettable. I felt like a princess in paradise (during my birthday trip) thanks to the care of all of you. I will be back.

We loved our stay at White Sands. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, the beach was gorgeous and the activities many, and the staff were always SO kind, professional, and helpful--they also did everything with a smile. We booked one of the "rooms" (rather than the more-common villas), and it still felt like we had a whole home to ourselves. Special thanks to Samwel, who took such incredible care of us our entire time here.

We had the pleasure of dining at the hotel’s restaurant, and everything was exceptional. From the warm, attentive service to the inventive and beautifully presented cuisine, every detail was thoughtfully executed. The setting is idyllic, with elegant décor and handcrafted furnishings that create a truly special atmosphere without ever feeling overdone.✨ And to top it all off, be ready for outstanding cocktails, an excellent wine selection and a dessert menu too tempting (choosing just one felt nearly impossible!). A memorable evening from start to finish.

Enjoyed it very much. The surroundings were beautiful. The white sand beach and the lovely gardens surrounding the villas were spectacular. The villa was spectacular but an improvement would be a powder room in the living room building.

Stayed 4 nights in the 5 bedroom villa. Stunning rooms!!! Place is beautiful. The manager Natalia is awesome. At the start I had a few minor issues and shared them with her. She was extremely receptive and addressed the issues immediately.
