Excellent hotel, service, rooms, food, staff! Nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Raymond, Entertainment and fitness instructor, he worked extremely hard . All waiting on staff seemed to be part of furniture, working long days. Nadia in indoor bar , together with her colleagues, never stopped. A well stocked bar with well known spirits on the all inclusive Caesar in poolside cafe was a star.. Lunch time food freshly cooked , healthy and appetising Food was 5star in our opinion, 8 of us and 2 being fussy eaters Entertainment on 3 nights was amazing, a general knowledge quiz, a pop quiz and bingo on remainder. A generally quiet hotel. The town was varied, with beach, promenade, shops, restaurants and cafes. A good market on a Friday. If you venture into Alcudia, get a taxi as buses extremely busy, standing room only . 3 of us used the Spa, recommend the 50min massage. Courtesy room for late departures , half hour slots. Will be returning again for sure. Highly recommend

This was our second visit to Zafirio Alzinar Mar and it certainly didn't disappoint. The staff at this hotel are fantastic and can't do enough for you. The hotel is immaculately clean. I found everything to be top quality and the presentation of food and drinks shows great detail and highly trained staff. The only slight disappointment was the food at the buffet could have been warmer. Raymond the entertainment guy was really good at keeping people motivated without going over the top. Again he puts a great dealing pride into his workouts and goes the extra mile. Overall another great stay. Thank you to all the fantastic staff that make this hotel brilliant 👍

This hotel was absolutely perfect for us as a couple. Adults only, very calm and quiet. Plenty of space and loungers around the pool. We were in a Junior Suite, very clean and lots of space - we didn't have the plunge pool but they looked really good too. All the staff were great, and very patient when I tried to practice my Spanish. Really good hotel we would very happily visit again

This is our second time coming! Honestly best hotel I have been to so far. Staff are so lovely, entertainment was amazing. They really take the time to get to know you and show interest. The cleanliness of the hotel is honestly 10/10. Will be back again!!!

Lovely hotel in a quiet location, rooms are spacious and kept very clean, shower is amazing, great view from balcony. Restaurant serves very tasty meals for breakfast and evening, the snack bar - À la carte menu is lovely lots to choose from and very tasty, but it can get quite windy there and cold. Entertainment was very good as were the daytime activities by Raymond he deserves a pay rise, very good at his job and gets to know the guests excellent service by all staff.
