We had an amazing family stay at Wyndham Residences The Palm, and it was truly a memorable experience. We celebrated Nina's 9th birthday here, and she absolutely enjoyed every moment of our stay. We especially loved the private beach access and the swimming pool, which were perfect for children and made our stay even more enjoyable. We also had a wonderful breakfast experience during our two mornings at the hotel. The food was delicious, with a great variety of choices, and the service was exceptional. We would like to give a special thank you to Mr. Surendra and Mr. Titus for their outstanding hospitality. The beautiful beach views, peaceful atmosphere, and excellent facilities made our family getaway unforgettable.

We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights in this hotel and our experience was indeed wonderful. The amenities were great. We enjoyed the pool and the sumptuous breakfast every morning. Also, we like to commend the housekeeping staff for their outstanding services in our whole trip. Special mention to Niraj and Bimala for extending their creativity and thoughtfulness to give my son a special birthday arrangement in the room same with the urban bar and kitchen staff for singing happy birthday to my son on his special day serving him a piece of cake where he was able to blow a candle. Thank you to Wyndham Staff and Crew for giving us a memorable stay and experience.❤️

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Wyndham Residences The Palm. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained, and the location with its private beach access was perfect. A special thank you to Karina at reception for the warm welcome and smooth check-in. The biggest highlight of our stay was Nathaniel and the breakfast team. Nathaniel's kindness, genuine hospitality, and fantastic recommendations made every morning a pleasure. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious every day, with a great variety and outstanding service. It's the people who make a hotel memorable, and the team here certainly did that. We stayed a full month at the Wyndham Residences as a family and we were totally wowed by our experience. The staff are incredible. So thoughtful and eager to make every day special. To maintain such a high standard for a full month is no easy feat but they exceeded our expectations, welcoming us with a warm smile every day. Special mentions: We really want to thank the staff at breakfast. They went above and beyond to make our time comfortable. Even in busier periods, they handled us with care and special attention to our needs. Nathaniel is an absolute delight and an asset to the team; he manages the service with such ease, the vibes are always positive when he is around. Thank you to the the rest of the staff, Valentine, Sumana, Mita, Preyanka, Keit, Jeevan, Mae and Kratik - you are all extremely hardworkers and seeing your lovely smiles each morning was one of the highlights of our stay. Housekeeping were responsive and courteous, thank you to Halima for all your help. We were truly blown away by the consistently excellent friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They truly are worth their weight in gold and they are a big reason for our plan to return!
