My husband and I recently celebrated our 12th anniversary at voco Orchard Singapore, and what truly made this stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality from the Club Lounge team. From the moment we arrived before check-in, the team made us feel welcomed and cared for. While waiting for our room to be ready, everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Throughout our stay, whether during afternoon tea, evening cocktails, or breakfast, the service was consistently excellent. A special thank you to Ali, Chona, Josephine, Michelle, Justine and JX. Each of you contributed to making our experience comfortable and enjoyable. Your attentiveness, professionalism, and sincere hospitality did not go unnoticed. It wasn’t just good service—it felt personal and heartfelt. The Club Lounge team was always observant, proactive, and welcoming. Small gestures, friendly conversations, and the effort taken to ensure guests were comfortable made a significant difference to our stay. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and provided a relaxing environment for our anniversary celebration. However, what truly stood out was the people. Great facilities can be found in many hotels, but genuine hospitality is what creates lasting memories. Thank you to the entire voco Orchard team for making our special occasion even more memorable. We look forward to returning in the future.

We chose the Voco Orchard for our wedding event. Our wedding event was „smaller“ event with only 50 people and we were very glad that they have a location just fitting for this amount of people. Ofcourse there are bigger rooms for bigger events aswell. The whole process went very professional. The preparations went very well thanks to the help of Ms Sunshine Garcia and Mr Ashok. The team around Mr Ashok and the waiters are all nice and were attentive to our guests needs. The banquet felt more like fine dining with a 7 course lunch menu and we surprised all of our guests with the variety and quality of the meals. No one went home hungry. The price is very reasonable and definitely not overpriced. We can highly recommend the Voco Orchard to everyone. Not only as a hotel with a good service and beautiful rooms. But also as an wedding location for your special day. Thank you very much !

3-night stay at Voco Singapore. Stayed in a King room which was very spacious. Amenities included a built-in filtered water tap, coffee pod machine, slippers. Room was comfortable and modern with USB outlets. Bathroom was a bit dated but everything worked fine. Breakfast was superb with 3 live stations for egg, soup noodles and Indian delights. Great range of dishes, some of which were rotated daily. The Italian restaurant on the rooftop has a lovely ambience. Hotel also has happy hour drinks daily from 5-7pm. Plenty of dining choices in the vicinity, including a huge food court in nearby Shaw House. Hotel is located 5 mins walk from the main shopping strip and Orchard station. Staff throughout the hotel were very courteous and friendly. We were grateful for the 1hr extension given for checkout. Highly recommend this hotel.

A truly exceptional stay from start to finish. voco Orchard Singapore strikes the perfect balance between modern comfort and warm hospitality. The rooms are thoughtfully designed; spacious, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day out in the city. What really stood out was the service. Every staff member I encountered was genuine, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile with a smile. It made the whole experience feel personal rather than transactional. The location is also unbeatable! Right in the heart of Orchard Road, yet the hotel still manages to feel like a peaceful retreat away from the bustle. Breakfast was a highlight as well, with a great variety of high-quality options to start the day right. All in all, a seamless and memorable stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore.

A flawless experience at voco Orchard Singapore. The staff provided incredible service throughout. I really appreciated the elite recognition, specifically the upgrade to a club access room. The room was fantastic, the lounge experience was excellent, and the food was nice. A huge thank you to the team for making this a memorable stay. I would love to be back.
