My husband and I recently celebrated our 12th anniversary at voco Orchard Singapore, and what truly made this stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality from the Club Lounge team. From the moment we arrived before check-in, the team made us feel welcomed and cared for. While waiting for our room to be ready, everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Throughout our stay, whether during afternoon tea, evening cocktails, or breakfast, the service was consistently excellent. A special thank you to Ali, Chona, Josephine, Michelle, Justine and JX. Each of you contributed to making our experience comfortable and enjoyable. Your attentiveness, professionalism, and sincere hospitality did not go unnoticed. It wasn’t just good service—it felt personal and heartfelt. The Club Lounge team was always observant, proactive, and welcoming. Small gestures, friendly conversations, and the effort taken to ensure guests were comfortable made a significant difference to our stay. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and provided a relaxing environment for our anniversary celebration. However, what truly stood out was the people. Great facilities can be found in many hotels, but genuine hospitality is what creates lasting memories. Thank you to the entire voco Orchard team for making our special occasion even more memorable. We look forward to returning in the future.

We chose the Voco Orchard for our wedding event. Our wedding event was „smaller“ event with only 50 people and we were very glad that they have a location just fitting for this amount of people. Ofcourse there are bigger rooms for bigger events aswell. The whole process went very professional. The preparations went very well thanks to the help of Ms Sunshine Garcia and Mr Ashok. The team around Mr Ashok and the waiters are all nice and were attentive to our guests needs. The banquet felt more like fine dining with a 7 course lunch menu and we surprised all of our guests with the variety and quality of the meals. No one went home hungry. The price is very reasonable and definitely not overpriced. We can highly recommend the Voco Orchard to everyone. Not only as a hotel with a good service and beautiful rooms. But also as an wedding location for your special day. Thank you very much !

The hotel is conveniently located near Orchard MRT station and ION Orchard, making it very easy to access. The buffet spread was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food. I would especially like to acknowledge Push from the restaurant on Level 1 for his outstanding service. He was warm, attentive, and incredibly friendly throughout the dining experience. His professionalism and positive attitude made us feel very welcome and truly enhanced our visit. Thank you, Push, for your excellent hospitality.

First time staying at voco Orchard Singapore and we had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. We got in around 6am and were greeted by Rovi, who was incredibly pleasant, professional, and welcoming. Although our room wasn’t ready yet, she kindly offered us complimentary breakfast at the buffet while we waited, which was such a thoughtful gesture after a long flight. We were pleasantly surprised when we received a message that our room was ready by 9:30am — much earlier than expected. The location is about as central as you can get, with endless food and shopping options nearby, plus easy access to the MRT. We’ll actually be returning to this property again in a week, and we hope we get to see Rovi again. Thank you for helping make our stay such a memorable one!

Fantastic service, friendly and helpful. Perfect Orchard location for dining, shopping and MRT exploring. Wonderful international breakfast selection. Spacious rooms with super comfy beds. Pool with amazing views and relaxing cabanas. Stayed a week and wished we had longer!
