Vida Hotel completely ruined my birthday vacation. I have never experienced such terrible service from a hotel in my life—except here. Calling yourselves a 5-star hotel is honestly embarrassing if this is the level of service and attitude you provide to your guests. We did not come here and pay premium prices to be treated with incompetence, rudeness, and complete disregard. Even something as simple as providing a wine opener became an issue—which is absolutely ridiculous for a so-called luxury hotel. Basic hospitality seems to be beyond your standards. The management was no help at all, and the manager’s response was just as disappointing as the staff. Special mention to the staff member at the swimming pool yesterday, whose attitude was unbelievably rude and unacceptable. A birthday happens once a year. My family and I chose this hotel expecting a special experience, especially considering how much we paid—but instead, you turned it into one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve ever had in Bahrain. I strongly suggest your team learn what actual 5-star hospitality looks like from other hotels in Bahrain, because this was far below acceptable standards. To anyone reading this as a recommendation: avoid this place if you expect proper service, professionalism, or respect as a paying guest. Thank you for completely ruining what should have been a special celebration.

I had such a wonderful experience at Vida Beach Resort Marassi Al Bahrain The hotel was extremely clean the service was excellent and every single staff member was welcoming friendly and always smiling. A very special thank you to Armelle for being incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. She truly made our experience even better and is definitely one of the best staff members at the hotel. Her positive attitude and support were really appreciated. Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back again! ✨

Stayed there for a relaxed weekend with family. The apartment was pleasant although we expected the rooms to be slightly bigger. The breakfast food was very diverse and delicious, and the restaurant staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Chef Osama and Chef Abdullah for the excellent dishes and the great hospitality. The highlight of the stay was the kids club. Christina at the kids club was most helpful and kind with the kids, and they really liked her - Thank you Christina.

We recently visited Origins Restaurant and it was such an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of authentic flavors and cooked perfectly. The falafel was fresh and flavorful, the salads were perfectly seasoned, and the omelette was one of the best I’ve ever had. The service was also excellent. Mr. Eslam were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a nice balance between modern comfort and traditional Arabic touches.

Lili at the front desk was a highlight — professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. She deserves to be recognized! That’s where the positives end. Housekeeping was poor — not up to 3-star standards, let alone what this hotel charges. When we flagged it, the housekeeping supervisor “Bibim”got defensive and raised his voice insisting the room was clean. That’s not how you handle a guest complaint. The next day, a waiter named “Islam” at the restaurant blocked me from entering breakfast and told me to wait outside while he “verified” my booking. It was included. No apology followed — not from him, not from the supervisor standing right there. We stayed several nights. Every single day had an issue. Undertrained staff and clear miscommunication between the team — and unfortunately, the guest pays the price for that. I won’t be coming back. A rude employee doesn’t just ruin a stay, they lose the hotel a customer for good.
