This is not my first visit to this hotel—I have stayed here many times, and every time I am very satisfied. The location is excellent, and the service is always professional and well organized. I would like to give special and sincere thanks to Ahmed Nagy for his outstanding support during the check-in process. He was extremely helpful, polite, and professional, and he handled everything quickly and smoothly. His positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to assist made a big difference and gave a great first impression. Ahmed truly represents excellent customer service, and he made us feel welcome and valued as guests.

My stay at Vida Hotel – Bahrain The service was good, and the facilities were very convenient. Everything you need is available within the hotel, so there’s no need to go out. The only downside was the pillow quality in the room. Special thanks to Mohammad Moeen from housekeeping for his attentiveness and for making sure we were taken care of in the best possible way. Great place. The location was fantastic with its own private beach. I was a little concerned that the beach was separate from the hotel but I needn't have been as it was very close and western style beach attire was acceptable. The pool was great too and heated (welcome in December). The service was fantastic. We had an issue with the patio doors in our room whistling in the wind but I told them about it and they fixed it instantly.

Our experience at this hotel was not pleasant at all and it all started the minute we arrived to the hotel. once we went up to the room we found that they gave us a connecting room, the wash basin in the bathroom was blocked and water was not draining, there were no tissue boxes, no shower gel, only one bath robe and we had to call the front desk for these complaints. Later in the night when we trying to go to sleep there was a lot of loud noise coming from the next room. We complained to the front desk and they said that was not acceptable and they would send the security to talk to the guests. However the noise kept going on and we had to call the front desk again and asked for a another room. It was well after midnight that we were moved to another room and we are tired and exhausted and just wanted to sleep. And it gets worse. Next day I noticed my branded clutch was missing. When I couldn't find it anywhere in the room I called the front desk wondering whether I had forgotten it when we moved to the other room late last night. Initially they had no clue and said they would check and get back to us. This issue calling front desk for more than 4 times and still no one knew where my clutch was, asked for the hotel manager to call me which took more than 20 minutes waiting and I'm was late for the wedding party at that time finally deputy manager called which he also didn't know what happened to my clutch! Told me he will investigate and call me back , eventually the house cleaning found the clutch in the other room and gave it to security who didn't inform us they found it only when we called and complained according to management policy lost and found items reported to their owners after 5pm which sounds very strange since guests check out at 12pm thankfully the lost item was returned to us but we never came to know what really happened and why the hotel management never contacted us when they found the item in our room. The deputy manager did tell me that he will investigate but still no reply from him I think his name Mr.Amin. Not even SORRY,!!!

From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm, professional, and very well organized. Check-in was smooth, quick, and stress-free. Reception & Front Desk A very special mention to Mrs. Maryam at the reception. She was exceptional – incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely caring. She explained everything clearly, handled my requests immediately, and made me feel like a truly valued guest. Her professionalism and warm attitude set the tone for the entire stay. She is a great ambassador for Vida Hotel.
