Our family recently stayed at this hotel during a large family trip, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. We booked 21 rooms, and managing such a large group can be challenging, but the hotel handled everything flawlessly. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any request. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the level of service exceeded our expectations. The facilities, cleanliness, hospitality, and overall organization were excellent. Every member of our family had a wonderful stay, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail that made our trip so enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to families, groups, and anyone looking for exceptional service and a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for a fun escape. Service was impressive all over, food was much better than similar hotels. Beach service was great, the spaciousness and design of the hotel is beautiful. 3 stars for the horrible music in the adults pool area, poor choice and too loud. I understand you’re trying to cater to specific individuals, but that should not reflect poorly on your brand. Since we were a group of adults with no kids, we wanted to enjoy that space.

The room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The service was exceptional — professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. Every staff member made them feel welcome and well cared for. The food was outstanding — truly some of the best they have ever had. The quality, presentation, and variety were excellent. The location is also fantastic, with stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, an unforgettable experience. They would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

The whole experience was exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The property was spotless, and every detail was well taken care of. We had a lovely arrangement for our anniversary, and the private villas with a private beach are the best choice you can make.
