Very beautiful hotel. Cleaners did an amazing job at keeping not only our rooms clean but also the outdoor area near the pool. We arrived to the hotel and go to go to our rooms in the early morning eventhough we thought we’d have to wait till 3pm for check in. Manager was a lovey polish lady who instantly gave us a room upgrade for which we were very grateful. Very clean and modern room. Receptionists Alex and Nadia were exeptional and eventhough we asked them for many things, they always sorted out all of our problems without a hassle. Bartenders were very fun and good at their job and make the drinks stronger when u ask for it which is great. The location of the hotel was also amazing. Th only things that would’ve made the hotel better is better quality food. The options for breakfast were amazing, there was so many things to pick from, although for dinner the pasta sauces were watery and some things were bland. The meats were very well seasoned and tender and everthing else was very good. Overall amazing experience and we are planning to return end of August.

I thought the one star reviews were overreacting, but the amount of disrespect I experienced at this hotel was on another level. I was on an 8 hour tour around the island and when I came back I found my room and my stuff completely soaked in raw sewage, actual fecal matter had covered the whole floor. Housekeeping was actively cleaning up, but I was not notified in any way of this incident. Apparently a toilet blockage had led to 4 rooms flooding. While I can understand that accidents like this can happen the way they handled it was genuinely rude. At first, they just tried to clean the room and pass it off as nothing happened. Then I had the front desk come check out the room and as I showed them my soaked luggage they picked up a few dry clothes from the top and acted like it was not a big deal. I demanded a new room and they reluctantly gave it to me, when I asked about what would happen with my belongings the smugly suggested that it was not their problem and that I had to deal with it. I argued with the front desk for over 45 min to get a measly offer of laundry and a new luggage. I had no clothes to change into for the whole day so out of frustration I just ask for a refund for my last day instead, I wanted to get out and buy some clothes with the refund money and sleep anywhere else. They refused any sort of refund which seems to me like the least you can do for a customer whose entire belongings got soaked in your hotels feces. The whole time the hotels staff was dismissive and cold, how can a whole facility be so inhuman towards a guest is what I wandered throughout this interaction. You deserve to be treated with respect, spend your hard earned money somewhere else!

Hotel is good and reception staff helpful. The bar is sterile and lacking atmosphere. Had to make a complaint as at 11pm when the bar stops serving, they pulled down the shutters and turned off the lights when people were still drinking at tables. As you can imagine being on the beach front, there isn't much light so could have caused an accident.

Beautiful Location with Relaxing Vibes The hotel is located in a truly picturesque spot. Our sea view room offered absolutely stunning and breathtaking views. The pools were sufficient for the number of guests, and there’s easy access to the beach. The hotel has its own beach area, which is lovely — although sunbeds are payable, it felt great to be so close to the shallow, calm waters. It’s especially ideal for families with young kids, as the bay stays shallow for several meters before it gets deep, making it safe and hassle-free. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The only downside for us was the food — while it was okay, the menus lacked variety and creativity. Another small surprise was the lack of evening entertainment. Besides the kids' disco and a bingo night, there wasn't much going on, which is unusual for this type of hotel. That said, we ended up enjoying the peaceful, quiet evenings from our balcony. Highly recommended for a visit!
