I stayed at this hotel last week and booked the trip through Fisher.cz. We were very happy with our stay. At first, I had a lot of doubts because I had read many negative reviews, but I honestly think the hotel deserves a solid 4 stars, or even 4+. The rooms are nice and simple, but they have everything you need: a mini fridge, air conditioning, and a balcony. Everything was comfortable and practical. The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, always smiling, and clearly did their best to make guests feel welcome. The food was delicious and varied. There were seafood dishes, a wide selection of salads, different kinds of meat, side dishes, fresh fruit, and desserts. The hotel also has three swimming pools with different depths, and the beach is right next to it. The sea is beautiful, and the sandy beach is excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel!

I thought the one star reviews were overreacting, but the amount of disrespect I experienced at this hotel was on another level. I was on an 8 hour tour around the island and when I came back I found my room and my stuff completely soaked in raw sewage, actual fecal matter had covered the whole floor. Housekeeping was actively cleaning up, but I was not notified in any way of this incident. Apparently a toilet blockage had led to 4 rooms flooding. While I can understand that accidents like this can happen the way they handled it was genuinely rude. At first, they just tried to clean the room and pass it off as nothing happened. Then I had the front desk come check out the room and as I showed them my soaked luggage they picked up a few dry clothes from the top and acted like it was not a big deal. I demanded a new room and they reluctantly gave it to me, when I asked about what would happen with my belongings the smugly suggested that it was not their problem and that I had to deal with it. I argued with the front desk for over 45 min to get a measly offer of laundry and a new luggage. I had no clothes to change into for the whole day so out of frustration I just ask for a refund for my last day instead, I wanted to get out and buy some clothes with the refund money and sleep anywhere else. They refused any sort of refund which seems to me like the least you can do for a customer whose entire belongings got soaked in your hotels feces. The whole time the hotels staff was dismissive and cold, how can a whole facility be so inhuman towards a guest is what I wandered throughout this interaction. You deserve to be treated with respect, spend your hard earned money somewhere else!

We had a wonderful stay 😊The location is perfect, right on the beach, and the food was really tasty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very nice, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely come back. 😊 Thank you!

**Disastrous experience and even worse management. Avoid.** I paid to join my family for dinner during their stay here. Right before we head there, both my parents' and my brother's bathrooms flooded. The water backed up so badly that their clothes were soaked and beach patrons were literally pointing at water pouring off the balconies. That's the kind of plumbing failure you'd expect to get an immediate apology and real help for. They got neither. Instead, cleaning and plumbing staff let themselves into the rooms without telling or alerting anyone, like they were trying to clean up the evidence before my family returned. When we raised the soaked clothes with the front desk, a staff member actually said it was "not my problem." They refused to do anything until we burned 45 minutes arguing. They didn't want to move anyone to a new room either, and in the end relocated only my brother and his girlfriend, not my parents, because "none of their stuff got wet." The neighbors said they got the exact same runaround. Then came the insult: my family was told the flood was THEIR fault for leaving "clothes and bags on the floor." So apparently at this hotel you're supposed to know in advance that the bathrooms might erupt, which tells you everything about how often this happens. Every request for even a partial refund was denied. The manager hid behind the owner, who "won't consider it." No accountability, no solution, and rude every step of the way. Our dinner was ruined, the whole night was ruined, and management and/or owners couldn't have cared less. The beach in front is lovely, so this is so incredibly unfortunate. All in all, one of the worst dinner experiences I’ve had.

The location is perfect and beautifully situated right on the stunning beach. The room is basic but tidy, and the bed is good. The staff is also very friendly and works incredibly hard. A major plus is the towel policy: people who try to reserve sunbeds with towels are out of luck here, as towels are nicely removed before 9:00 AM if no one is there. This ensures a fair chance at getting a sunbed!Unfortunately, the food and drinks are very disappointing. The food in the hotel is poor, so we go out for dinner every evening. Additionally, the drinks are heavily watered down. The fridge in the room is empty, so if you want anything in it, you have to buy it yourself. A prime location with great service regarding the sunbeds, but the catering really falls short.
