The Exotica Hotel & Spa by Zante Plaza all-inclusive programme includes the following:

  • Breakfast in the main restaurant (8am to 10am)
  • Lunch in the main restaurant (12.30pm to 2pm)
  • Dinner in the main restaurant (7pm to 9pm)
  • Snacks at the pool bar (11am to 12noon and 3pm to 5.15pm)
  • Sandwiches and salads provided for trips and tours (notice required)
  • Drinks (10am to 11pm), with 2 options. Option 1: Main Lobby, Option 2: Pool Bar.
  • Drinks include locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, such as tea, coffee, milk, water, soft drinks, fruit juices, wine, draught beer, spirits and a selection of cocktails.

Loved all of it. We had a room with the private pool, any issues we had were taken care of swiftly and professionally by the friendly staff. Even the cleaners were chatty and very friendly. Hotel itself offered a great array of food and cocktail options and themed nights made it even better, it's just off the Kalamaki strip and about 10 minutes from the beach. Brilliant holiday all round!

We came to Exotica Hotel during the low season wanting a quiet vacation with a bit of relaxation. We paid for a Dubble superior room but the room we got seemed like the worst dubbel superior room at the site. We had stains on towels, stains on sheets and lamps. The pool area is nice we were able to get a sunbed the first few days but ones it got a bit busy it was hard since people put towels out by 08:00am which is not allowed but not really punished. If you went to the 2 public bathrooms by the pool or lobby we was surprised when brown water came out of some taps or no water at all. We spoke to another guest who's toilet wasent able to flush, they were offered another room which had a Wasp nest by the balcony. Never saw it with my own eyes so take it with a pinch of salt. The food is okay regular All-inclusive food. The drinks are usually made by a machine and dosent contain that much alcohol. The staff is amazing they deserve a golden star. Both the kitchen staff, barstaff and reception are really nice. They made the trip alot better.

We stayed at the exotica last week on our first family holiday in Greece. All staff members we had an interaction with were polite and helpful, the food was much better than the hotel we stayed at in turkey last year. The hotel itself is in a good location with well maintained grounds. The pool closes at 6pm in high season which we thought was quite early, soft drinks at the pool bar are only served by a staff member which causes long queues, other hotels we have stayed at usually have self serve soft drinks machines at the pool.We stayed in a family room which was basic but cleaned every day and had everything you need. Only a couple of things we feel needed improvement, the AC unit was very old with bits of tape holding it together, it was very noisey when trying to sleep and quite ineffective where it was mounted above the door. Also the bathroom was of a wet room design which makes the floor drenched when showing and making the floor extremely slippy for anyone wanting to use the toilet which is quite dangerous, also there was no where to really store shower gels or flannels etc. The other rooms that our family friends were staying in was of a much better design and felt more modern. We did have a problem with some guests playing music and shouting till 1am on 2 occasions but again this was dealt with by staff with no more issues.

Would never come back here again, I got Attacked in my own hotel room and the staff didn’t Help me until it was too late!! got bruises all over me, bit mark on my face and had passed out, had to sit in the lounge for 5 hours as they couldn’t put me in a room, no staff checked on me to see how I was feeling I’m a vulnerable young girl aswell and they didn’t care, so In the end had to make my own way to the airport and book a flight home!! The breakfast was not cooked, the room was cleaned but they put me in a terrible spot, the terrance was looking out to nothing only trees, I was hidden away. Not worth £2,000 what I paid for, was very disappointed only was there for 24 hours aswell and no refund!!

Liked it. Good location. The night time entertainment too loud. They need to sort out the way people grab sunbeds by 9am by putting towels on them!
