Amazing holiday with amazing staff who work so hard to keep the whole hotel absolutley spotless. Every single member of staff were so helpful and friendly from check in, bar staff, cleaners, entertainment team and maintenance. Stathis the bar man worked so hard daily. We stayed in a deluxe room, 2 adults and my little boy. There is plenty space very clean and modern. There is a fridge, kettle, safe, iron, dressing gowns, slippers and hairdryer in the room. Bring coat hangers as there isn't too many. Air con is included all day. We had a pool view room, 105 looking straight out onto the bar area which was great for us so our little one can rest while we sat on the balcony and watch the entertainment. Pool area is spotless and never found a probelm getting a sun bed, although there is people who put towels down very early. There is a great selection of food, snacks and deserts. Drinks are great with a selection of cocktails. Ice cream behind bar is for kids only. Entertainment team worked so hard around the pool. It was great and brought such a good atmosphere getting everyone involved, young and old. Location is perfect right on the doorstep to bars, shops and restaurants. Not a long transfer 20 minutes. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the hotel which is pebbles but a bus can take you to the main beach. We cannot fault this hotel and can't wait to come back! Thank you for such an amazing time!

Lovely good quality hotel. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Pool clean and 1.4m deep full length with steps and rail to walk in. Bar good with good all inclusive drinks. Restaurant lots of fresh food and good gluten free. Not much choice for picky kids all the time ( chips, fish fingers, pizza) but if they like chicken, pork, rice, pasta, salad there is plenty. Spa available, friendly Location great for bars restaurants and shops. Beach close with hood beach bars; Argassi is lovely. Entertainment good through the day, night time less so but there are new staff learning who are lovely do I am sure it will get better over the season. I would be happy to return here.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay. We booked and paid for what was advertised as a 4-star hotel, but the room we were given was closer to a 2-star standard. The bathroom was in poor condition, and there were several other issues that significantly affected our holiday. We reported our concerns and met with both the hotel owner and the TUI representative. Unfortunately, we felt that neither took our complaints seriously. As a goodwill gesture, we were given a bottle of wine, which felt quite insulting considering we were staying on an all-inclusive basis where wine was already included. Another concern was a dog roaming freely around the pool and bar areas. The owner assured us he had spoken to the dog’s owner and that it would be be kept on a lead. However, for the rest of our holiday, the dog continued to wander around off the lead also all of the plant boxes around the pool area were full of cat feces. The most disappointing part of the experience was the response from the TUI representative, who told us that we “need to lower our standards when we come to Greece.” We found this comment dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. We expected support in resolving the issues, not to be told to accept a lower standard than what we had paid for. Sadly, the poor condition of the room and the lack of concern shown when we raised our complaints overshadowed what should have been a relaxing holiday. Based on our experience, we would not return or recommend this hotel.

Lovely welcome lovely site. First time in Argassi and it was lovely but prefer Kalamaki just more to do for our teenagers. We had 1 bed family room looked newly upgraded nice wet room beds were comfy. Staff are so polite and its very clean All inclusive some of the best dinners we've had usually boring but great choices. Swimming pools good. Staithis bar manager amazing!! Mario in the small bar st kids pool so so lovely. Isabelle and Abra entertainment are great with adults and kids and just are really trying hard. Thank you all for making it really good holiday!!!!

Shout out to all staff - Stathis is a fab barman - pool bar during day along with Panos at night and both knew our round even before we ordered !!! Ha ha Great housekeeping and couldnt fault cleanliness. Good food options , room was junior suite - great location and agree with others that comment on location , hotel etc. Preferred smaller pool as less sunbed hogging - they do say in their pool rules dont reserve before 8am but dont seem to enforce which is a pity as people show then up at 10.30 - guess they must be the ones that cant read.
