Absolutely amazing hotel! I was not expecting such top quality service from start to finish. The hotel provided us with a car transfer from the airport to the hotel. On arrival everyone was so hospitable. During the stay we had a group chat that we could contact anytime of day for any requests we had. The hotel is very big with so many amenities and considering the amount of guests they had, we never had to wait to be served. There was always someone there to host and attend to your every needs. There is not a single bad thing I can say about the hotel. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. My family and I had the best time. Also we traveled with two small toddlers aged 1 and 2 years old. They had eveything you could possibly imagine for the kids, from the best kids club to children’s toiletries and disposable bibs. We can’t wait to go back again!

The hotel was amazing. We especially loved the kids’ club, which offered a wide variety of fun and creative activities. The carnivals were one of the highlights of our vacation, and we enjoyed them so much. Özge did so much for us throughout our stay. She was always kind, understanding, and incredibly sweet. For the first time in history, I can honestly give five stars in every category with a completely clear conscience. Everything was flawless and perfectly organised. The apartments are beautiful, the surroundings are stunning, and the atmosphere makes you feel relaxed from the very first moment. What stands out the most is the incredible cuisine with private chefs creating food so delicious it simply melts in your mouth. It feels like home cooking at its finest. This is the perfect place to relax and spend quality time, especially for families with children. The playground and activity areas offer so many creative games and attractions that children can easily stay entertained for an entire week. The beaches are beautiful, and the resort is designed in such a way that you can always find your own peaceful space and avoid crowds whenever you want a quiet moment. An exceptional place in every sense. In my opinion, this is the best ultra all inclusive hotel in Turkey.

Every detail is taken care of, every request is handled with genuine care, and every moment feels effortless. It is the kind of place where luxury doesn't feel artificial—it feels natural. As a family, we were especially impressed by the way children are treated. Every member of the team made our child feel welcome and cared for, and when your child is happy, parents can enjoy their vacation even more. That is something we truly appreciated. A very special thank you goes to our guest assistants, Zarina Yegenaliyeva and Nargiz Omarova. They were always just one message away, responding quickly, professionally, and with genuine kindness. We are having a wonderful stay at Titanic Luxury Collection. Everything here is excellent the atmosphere, the service, and the breathtaking views. We are truly enjoying our vacation and creating unforgettable memories. We would also like to mention the amazing Greek restaurant. We had dinner there with our family and it was an incredible experience. The live singer, talented dancers, vibrant atmosphere, and even the traditional flying napkins made the evening so special and entertaining. A special thank you to the staff for being so friendly, helpful, and attentive at all times. We especially want to thank Yulia and Ceylin from the Events Team for their kindness, professionalism, and positive energy. The entertainment program at the hotel is outstanding. The shows, concerts, and parties are organized at the highest level. There is always something exciting happening, making every evening enjoyable and memorable.
