The hotel is in a great location. The food was good, quite good dishes every day. The rooms were clean, but they are quite old and could definitely use some renovation. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the staff – everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it, especially because of the excellent service.

The experience and my opinion about this hotel is excellent. There is a lot of content, the food is varied and tasty. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. I would especially like to commend the guest relations staff and Ms. Ayse, who is warm and a true example of how a host should please guests. All praises.

Rooms are good. But some are still not refurbished (like old A/C which is crucial at hot weather). Service - really good. 2 comments - not all staff which communicate with guests speak English. And beach towels are provided only in one spot (SPA-center) far away from beach. Need one more spot ))) Location - brilliant. But bungalows for rent need better entry to sea. Additional plus - Wifi is nearly everywhere with good quality.

The hotel is located in a stunning setting. The sea is crystal clear, beautifully turquoise, and perfect for snorkeling. There is a spot for everyone to relax and enjoy, whether you prefer peace and quiet or a more lively atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The entire staff is outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Special thanks and warm greetings to Buse and Tuana for their kindness and excellent service. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back!

Amazing place. All members of staff are very nice especially Ismigul from guest relations who is exceptionally amazing!! The rooms need a bit of TLC but over all the place is amazing. The food improved over our stay and the variety got better. Amazing place for families and my daughters certainly loved it :)
