We travelled as a group of 8 and had a good holiday overall....but.... The hotel was clean, the drinks were good, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay, especially around the pool bar. The rooms were fairly basic but comfortable enough. One small issue was that the wall-mounted shower gel dispensers weren't refilled, although housekeeping provided plenty of mini bottles of toiletries, which was annoying. The biggest disappointment was the food. There was usually plenty of choice, and some of it was really nice but much of it was consistently cold. Unfortunately, I also found a few bits of raw chicken in a kebab wrap from the snack bar, when I say raw, it was like jelly, I only noticed as it fell on my plate which made me inspect it more, I had eating the majority of the kebab and it definitely put me off eating anything for the rest of the holiday. I reported this immediately and the staff handled the situation very professionally, removing the food and stopping service while they investigated, and stopped serving it for the rest of the holiday. Our 4-year-old absolutely loved the mini disco, which was often the highlight of the evening. The entertainment team put in a lot of effort during during the disco, but other than that we didn't really see, or speak to them as they didn't engage much with guests around the kids' pool during the day, was often darts competitions, activities in the pool, but was the other side of the hotel so we often missed it. Overall, we had a great holiday thanks to the atmosphere, staff, and company, but improvements to food quality and temperature would make a huge difference. With it being such a large entertainment team they could split up and engage with people more, and do activities around all the pools, they had blow up costumes they could have come around the pool and interactived with the kids a bit more.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel from May 23rd until June 1st in room 3144. Everything was excellent from the first day until the last. The animation team was absolutely incredible — tireless from morning until midnight and always there for the guests with great energy and smiles. We enjoyed darts, pool games, and water fitness every single day. Our children especially loved the evening shows. A very special experience for us was the pavilion and the waiter there, who was outstanding, kind, professional, and fulfilled all our wishes. Our daughter celebrated her birthday during our stay, and he made a huge effort to bring the cake at exactly the right time. We also received champagne, which made the moment even more special. Compliments also to the housekeeping staff. For the birthday, the cleaner made beautiful decorations on the bed, which truly surprised and touched us. The waiters in all bars were excellent, especially at the pool bar. After only two days, they already knew my husband and exactly what he liked to drink, which made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. The food selection was huge — there was always something delicious to eat at any time of the day. Everything was wonderful, and honestly, the only bad thing was that our stay was too short. Next time we will definitely come for a longer vacation! 😊

We had our first dinner at Aquasis Deluxe Resort, and it was a wonderful experience thanks to Omer Cona. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He paid attention to every detail, recommended wines, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. We were especially impressed by how much effort he put into giving us the best possible service—even using ChatGPT to help communicate with us and ensure we got exactly what we wanted. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made our first evening truly memorable. We were so grateful that we even took a photo with him at the end of the dinner. Thank you, Omer, for making our first night so special. We hope to see you again during our stay!

Our stay at the Aqua Resort was unfortunately not as good as we had expected. The overall experience felt disappointing compared to what we had hoped for. One of the main downsides was the food. It lacked variety and felt repetitive, with almost the same options being offered every day. For that reason, we would not recommend this resort if good and diverse food is important to you. Additionally, the internet connection was very poor. During the first two days, we had no internet at all in our Lake House. After that, there was still no reliable connection during the day or evening, and we could only access the internet in the lobby, which was quite inconvenient. On a positive note, the staff were very kind and welcoming throughout our stay, and the rooms were cleaned properly on a daily basis, which we appreciated. Overall, while there were some good aspects, the stay did not fully meet our expectations.

Our room was spacious for a family of 4 with a lovely view of the pool, slides and the sea. It was cleaned every day at our request and the minibar refilled daily. The food was high quality with fresh products and the service like 5 stars friendly and always with a smile especially Menav. The only thing we felt could be improved was the entertainment. With perhaps more activities happening around the pool. The morning stretch was sometimes cancelled without any notice, which was disappointing. Apart from Dart and Zumba, there wasn’t much visible, and you had to look around for activities or just assume they weren’t happening. Apart from this everything else was great we had a lovely time and the kids made friends and truly enjoyed their holidays too!
