We had an amazing staycation! The service was exceptional, and what stood out the most was the genuine smile on everyone’s face. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to make our stay truly outstanding. A special thank you to the housekeeping team for keeping everything spotless and providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of tasty food. The hotel is approximately 45 minutes away from Dubai, and the road is quite pleasant and easy. The property itself is very beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by greenery, making it ideal for those looking for a calm and relaxing stay. The staff try their best to be helpful. The spa was very nice and relaxing, and the beach was also very enjoyable. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully prepared. Transportation around the resort is provided by buggy, which is a very useful service, especially in the hot weather and when the distances are long. The breakfast selection could be a little richer, and I also think the kids’ club could be improved. Overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable stay surrounded by greenery.

One of the best beach resorts in the UAE. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The hotel has, in my opinion, the most stunning grounds in the country, with incredible attention to detail and elegant architecture. The hotel also feels very private and peaceful. The service was excellent throughout. The restaurant is outstanding, and the breakfasts were probably the best I’ve had in the UAE.
