This stay at Fairmont Ajman once again confirmed why it remains a favorite destination for us, delivering a consistently high standard of hospitality and genuine care. From arrival to departure, the experience felt warm, attentive, and deeply personal. Service and Hospitality Mr Ossama and his front desk and guest relations team are exceptional and truly set the tone for the entire stay. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and the team consistently demonstrated professionalism and empathy. During our stay, I became unwell very sick, and the way the staff handled the situation was remarkable. They took excellent care of me, arranged a doctor promptly, and ensured I received the necessary treatment, while also checking in regularly and offering thoughtful support. Their kindness went well beyond expectations and made a difficult moment much easier. Dining Experience The dining options remain a highlight of the hotel. Both the Italian and Turkish restaurants are fantastic, offering delicious food, authentic flavors, and attentive service. Each meal felt carefully prepared and enjoyable, reinforcing the overall quality of the Fairmont experience. Overall Impression This was not our first stay at Fairmont Ajman, (we return every year in January) and it will definitely not be our last. The combination of outstanding service, excellent restaurants, and genuine care for guests creates a level of trust and comfort that keeps us coming back. Fairmont Ajman continues to deliver an experience that feels both refined and heartfelt, making it a hotel we confidently recommend and look forward to revisiting.

Our stay at Fairmont Hotel Ajman, UAE was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the experience reflected true luxury, warmth, and impeccable hospitality. The service quality is exceptional—every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with breathtaking sea views. Housekeeping, room service, and all hotel amenities function seamlessly, making the stay extremely comfortable and relaxing. A special mention to Manager Mr. Manoj, whose leadership and personal attention made our experience even more memorable. He is extremely courteous, approachable, and ensures the highest standards of hospitality. A perfect blend of luxury, warmth, and excellent service. Highly recommended, and we would definitely return!

I stayed at this hotel to celebrate my birthday with my family, and the experience was absolutely amazing. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Stella from Reception was kind and very helpful, while Marc from Guest Services took great care of our luggage and was always polite and attentive. If you need information about places to visit, I highly recommend speaking with Tony from Concierge—he explained everything perfectly and made it completely stress-free 😊. Isuru from Housekeeping also did a wonderful job, taking great care of our room and all our requests. The food at the poolside restaurant was delicious, and the service from Pasindu was exceptional. A big thank you as well to the All Day Dining team. Special thanks to Elias and Supun for bringing me a birthday cake and singing for me—it truly made my day and made me very happy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to spend quality time with family. We will definitely be back again 😀

I recently stayed here to celebrate mine and my son's birthday. Overall we had a very pleasant experience. However, I have to say our hotel experience improved the last three days. We owe this to Mr Osama who was very charming and kindly offered us a beautiful sea front view which really changed our whole hotel experience the last 3 days so this was much appreciated. Other positives were it was a very clean hotel, house keeping were excellent and kept the rooms very clean. We loved the hotel pool - warm water! The beachfront location was lovely and very clean. Kids club was really just perfect for our kids and Lakshini was a great member of staff who my kids really enjoyed being around. Most importantly the restaurant staff I have to say were fantastic- they were super accommodating to my children's dietary needs and nothing was too much for them. Special mentions go to: Sachin ( restaurant manager ) Babitha (supervisor) Rachel Elizabeth Nazar Yoon Tushar Amir My only slight negative was the check in experience. We had two very tired children after a night flight and it would have been appreciated if they were accommodating. This would have been a good start to our stay. Overall, apart from this initial hiccup we had a very pleasant stay at the Fairmont.

From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the space was perfectly maintained. I really liked how cozy the room felt. Thanks to Mr Manoj, who recommended this hotels name. Everything was perfect , delicious food ,and staying in a Penthouse with my whole family was a Superb Experience.
