I rarely write reviews, but this hotel truly exceeded my highest expectations. Everything here was exceptional, and the atmosphere is created first and foremost by the people who work here. Every single member of the staff was incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely helpful — it really makes a difference. The hotel is not too large, which makes it perfect for anyone looking to relax and truly unwind. It has a wonderful chill-out vibe, a heated pool, and a beautiful sandy beach. We stayed in January and never once had a problem finding sun loungers by the beach. The breakfasts were outstanding — high quality, beautifully presented, and delicious. This place defines luxury at the highest level, but in a relaxed, effortless way. I will definitely come back.

We had a welcome party of my niece on 11th January 2026 with 25 family members at saray Ajman.The service was awesome—especially the manager Sami and supervisor Ibrahim was very cooperative. The entire staff was very cooperative and truly delivered 5-star service. The food was outstanding specially buffet dinner and the seating arrangement was perfect for our group of 25 for dinner. Overall, I would rate the experience 10/10. Highly recommended. Must try the dinner buffet

What a fantastic Christmas break at a excellent Hotel, Both my partner and my self could no praise the staff at this hotel enough, The ajman saray was just like the pics a more traditional classic hotel. Not only was this Hotel so nice to stay at but it had such a nice ambience, the food great, the atmosphere great, the cleanliness great The Hotel great, but what made this Hotel really great was all the staff at the hotel nothing was to much for them, every one of the staff at the Saray is a asset & credit to the hotel. We recently visited Escape Bar and Bab Al Bahr Beach & Grill, and we were lucky to be taken care of by Sundar and Mehtu. Their service was exceptional in both venues. They were warm, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our time there. We enjoyed our drinks in both places, and their professionalism and friendly attitude truly enhanced our experience. It’s rare to find staff who consistently deliver such great hospitality across different outlets, but Sundar and Mehtu did exactly that. Highly recommend visiting both spots, and a big thank you to Sundar and Mehtu for making our day memorable.

Myself and my friend have just returned from an 8 day stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond. I just need to mention Joyce at reception who helped us with any enquiries and booked some of our trips. All the staff are brilliant but we would also like to mention Allen, Haris, Ans & Zayar who were very attentive and made us feel so welcome. Our room was beautiful, clean and cosy, the food & drink was great. The chef and restaurant staff would always go above and beyond to make sure your dining experience was a great one. The beach and pool area were well kept and extremely clean with regular waiter service for drinks from 11am. Absolutely excellent holiday, we would definitely recommend this resort to family and friends.
