We stayed at Taj Cidade de Goa – Horizon for two nights in January 2026, and it was a truly lovely experience. The sea view was immaculate—waking up to the ocean each morning was an absolute delight. The food was excellent, with the breakfast buffet standing out for its quality, variety, and taste. While the beach itself was decent, the overall ambience of the property more than made up for it. A special thanks to Mr. Myron, the manager, who genuinely stood out. He seemed like a truly good person at heart and took great care of us throughout our stay, making us feel valued and comfortable. This stay beautifully reflected the warmth and elegance of Taj hospitality. We will definitely visit again—perhaps another Taj property next time—to relive this wonderful experience. We booked this hotel for our Honeymoon, i was bit spectacle and doubtful about this stay because lot of corporate events are held in this hotel, however our stay was truly magical and memorable, worth every penny we spent. Lot of props here let me tell some main ones. 1. Rooms have great ocean view, with wide panoramic window, a bath tub, big bathroom, sofa, Samsung TV, mini bar, and heater if you require, as there is no switch off button to AC. 2. Infinity pool at the top and its quiet and less crowded may times 3. Hotel is inside the main road however they will give you free shuttle if you want to go out till exit, also if you have Swiggy, zomato orders you can use this free shuttle to pickup. 4. In room service is 24/7 and they provide champagne glasses, ice cubes many more. 5. Hotel interior and amenities are great, it has lounge with free snacks and drinks on happy hours. 6. Breakfast has so many options to eat and it’s located in a great place with great view. 7. For breakfast events crowd is placed separately and individual stay people separate so it will be less crowded for family and couples, 8. They will give you special occasions celebrations packages and they will take care of it well. 9. Reception, front desk, reservation, cleaning staff everyone are well trained, they are polite, understanding and professional. 10. We also got free shuttle to airport transport, i believe it was complimentary. Please refer photos and videos. Great hotel with outstanding service. All areas were kept very clean and we were greeted with a warm welcome. Room was spacious albeit not much of a view. Breakfast buffet is one of the best we have had. Several fresh food counters making various cuisines to order. Options changed each day keeping it varied, with a vast vegetarian selection. Service in the restaurants was great and local dishes were explained to us which was a very good touch. A takeaway breakfast was arranged as we checked out early morning which was really appreciated. Only downside was: the shower area required some maintenance. Pillows needed renewing. Also, we had issues at check in with payment. After a 24 hour journey this was the last thing we needed, where it took over half hour to resolve and re-sharing of several emails. When the reservation was made the booking specified payment upon check-in. However, a couple of months prior to this we received an email requesting payment in advance. This was required within a short timeframe which caused issues with us being abroad at the time. International fees were incurred with bank transfer costs and poor currency conversion rate - this caused inconvenience and should've been clarified at time of booking or payment taken at that point.

It was a fantastic stay for my family here. The food is great and people are welcoming and very polite. My daughter enjoyed pools, ambience and food. I would like to appreciate Ms. Deeksha and her team Mr. Chitragupt for being available for us to take care of our needs. They were very nice to us and took very good care of us. I also would like to thank and appreciate the concierge Mr. Devendra for helping me in various matter. He has a lot of patience and always ready to help. Very much appreciate him. Also, I had a fantastic conversation with Mr. Piyush on various topics around hospitality industry. I shared my experiences of my 25 years of diverse travel experience and he shared his experiences. It was indeed a memorable conversation. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will be back soon. Thanks much TAJ team. Very much appreciated.

We had a truly memorable stay at Taj. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking sea view—an almost 180-degree panorama with land on one side and the endless ocean on the other. Waking up to that view was simply magical and added so much value to our stay. The hospitality was exceptional throughout. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help, which made us feel very comfortable and well cared for. A special mention to Sujata from the C2C restaurant for her exceptional courtesy and warm hospitality. Her attentiveness and friendly approach truly stood out and made our dining experience. Overall, the combination of stunning views, impeccable service, and thoughtful hospitality made our stay outstanding. We would gladly return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing experience.
