My stay at Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was truly exceptional. It was one of the most comfortable and memorable hotel experiences I have ever had. I have stayed at many 5-star hotels before, but this one is simply on another level. The staff were incredibly warm, courteous, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The sea view was absolutely top-notch—breathtaking, peaceful, and something I will always remember. The pools were beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and added so much to the overall experience. We also had breakfast at Taj Cidade de Goa Heritage, and it was absolutely delicious. The food was fresh, hygienic, and offered an excellent variety with outstanding quality. One of the highlights was the private beach. It was uncrowded, relaxing, and had such a peaceful vibe, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Goa. From the impeccable hospitality to the stunning views, delicious food, and serene atmosphere, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. Thank you, Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon, for such a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and truly unforgettable stay in Goa.

Our stay at Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was truly exceptional and easily one of the best Taj experiences we’ve had. The stunning sea-view room was a highlight. We loved walking into the room every day and being greeted by the breathtaking ocean views. What really sets this property apart is its hospitality. Every member of the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. We were visiting during our son’s 5th birthday, and the team went above and beyond with cakes, sweets, decorations, and thoughtful gestures that made him feel incredibly special. A special mention to Pooja, who looked after us so wonderfully during our first meal, and to Baby and Sudeesha at the kids’ area, whose warmth and affection made our son absolutely love his time there. The pool staff were equally attentive and caring throughout our stay. The food was excellent, the breakfast spread was fantastic, and the beach access, pool, and views were simply outstanding. We were genuinely sad to leave and honestly didn’t feel like our stay was long enough. Thank you to the entire team for creating such wonderful memories for our family. Overall, a 10/10 stay, and we can’t wait to return.

The property is beautiful with breathtaking sea views, well-maintained rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, making the experience even more memorable. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. The pools, private beach access, and overall ambiance made our stay unforgettable. A perfect choice for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

It's a 5 star property from Taj. What more to mention ? Located in dona paula , Panjim is north to Goa and can say its in the city itself. Property is great with good upkeep of rooms , coridor, lobby , pool , sea side situp etc etc. BLD the restaurant has capacity to seat 150+ at once and offers continental and Indian cuisine. Roof top bar and coastal area also fine but did not experience them. Conference halls are absolutely fab which can seat 300+ at once and good. Rooms are spacious, well maintained and fab. Need to walk a lot to reach if your room is far from elevator as there are few lifts. We get into a round of maze runner if we get into other elevator to save time but end up losing more. Bathroom doors were marked with pull sigh where the mechanism was push - don't know what was wrong. Razor set offered was waste quality and has no sharpness to shave good. All other amenities were super and top class. View from my window was limited with half to city and some what sea view but overall good. I couldn't find AC off button in central AC panel in this room. Staff were on their toes on any requirement request and i appreciate it. Has adequate charging ports with USB ports. Special appreciation to the BLD restaurant manager or incharge of that time who patiently explained the special chicken curry of goan delicacy and asked us to try which was wonderful. Overall my stay for 2 nights was great and comfortable.

We had a wonderful experience in Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon. The check-in process was handled very smoothly, and Hashashri who assisted us was truly excellent. She made sure we were comfortable throughout and went the extra mile to make our stay special, especially since we were celebrating my dad’s birthday. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made a big difference to our visit and she was excellent throughout the entire process.
