Just coming to end of our 2 week holiday staying at the Acacia hotel. Rooms are great - super showers comfy beds and cleaned perfectly each day. Breakfast is great and all staff really friendly from cleaning staff to restaurant staff and reception they could not be more friendly and helpful. Only thing I think is a shame is no outside pool or garden- pool inside tho. Overall very happy with hotel and location

Really, one of the good hotels to stay in Goa. Rooms are very spacious and luxurious. They have an even balcony for each room with a good 2 seating spaces. All the amenities are available. Lots of food varieties are available in their rooftop restaurant. The staff are really good and well-trained. After checking in within 15 minutes, I got a call from reception to enquire about the convenience

had a wonderful stay at The Acacia Hotel & Spa, Goa. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, giving a relaxed and cozy vibe throughout the stay. The location is perfect—close to the beach and with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The in-house dining was also excellent, with a good spread of food and quick service. Overall, it was a truly happy and hassle-free stay. I would highly recommend Acacia Hotel, Goa to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable vacation with great service.

I am currently staying here. After paying 5K for the night, the situation is as follows: 1. No one responds on any of the numbers given in the intercom. You can call the reception, housekeeping, room service, restaurant or any other number given, but NO ONE responds. 2. The only way to call for anything is to physically walk down to the reception, where you will find the staff sitting around and looking at their mobile phones. 3. The kettle in the room wasn't working, I had to walk down to the reception to get someone to come and take a look. 4. The room wasn't really clean, with badly kept floors and sheets that weren't very fresh. Overall, not worth the money you spend. There are many better places around. Don't waste your time and money here in Acacia.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a rather disappointing experience. The room had multiple issues — the bed made a lot of noise, and there were drainage problems in the bathroom. I reported both concerns to housekeeping, but they couldn’t fix them and were also unable to arrange a room change. Room service was average, but the reception staff were particularly unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting guests. It genuinely felt like they didn’t want to be there. Overall, my stay was below expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the room conditions and staff responsiveness.
