The Malva restaurant was amazing. Gamze was a perfect host. Plus the food and the live music was just the cherry on top! The Hotel in itself is super. The staff is so nice and very helpful. They have golf carts to drive you to your rooms around the resort, and it’s a life saver for luggage also! Special thank you to Ale for helping us with our luggage!

We had our wedding at Susona and it was a beautiful choice. Their multiple piers are perfect for a sea-side ceremony, and Malva restaurant worked wonderfully for a 60-person reception. The setting is gorgeous, with incredible sea views and a neatly maintained property. Our suite with private pool was excellent — spacious, comfortable, and ideal for having guests over. Room service was fast and the team did their best to accommodate us even late at night. We loved the Suyah pool club which has a big pool, plenty of lounge chairs and day beds, plus a swim-up bar (note: the Suyah pool opens in mid-May). Special thanks to Tolga, Maya, and the rest of the team for being so accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, it is a lovely venue in Bodrum for a special occasion!

Our stay, which took place in late May and extended into early June, remains one of the most memorable and heartfelt travel experiences we’ve ever had. What truly sets this property apart is the **“exceptional level of personalized care.”** I experienced a medical incident and severe migraine attacks on the day of our arrival, and the team immediately stepped in with genuine concern, attentiveness, and reassurance. Their kindness transformed what could have been a stressful moment into one where I felt completely safe and supported. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and sincerely committed to making our stay exceptional. While it is impossible to name everyone who contributed to this unforgettable experience, I must extend special appreciation to **Adem**, the restaurant manager, whose leadership and hospitality set the tone for every meal. At the reception, almost everyone was consistently welcoming, informative, and incredibly helpful; especially when arranging transportation to town, given the challenging road conditions and fast local drivers. thanks Also to Ozge and Duygu. A heartfelt thank‑you as well to **, Baris, Ogun, Hakan, Yusuf, Onur, Engin, Emre**, each of whom added a personal, friendly, and comforting touch to our stay. Their attentiveness made us feel not just cared for, but truly looked after. It is clear that this level of excellence is no coincidence. The entire experience reflects the thoughtful leadership and seamless orchestration of Front Office Managers specifically Baris, whose professionalism and dedication shine through every detail of the resort’s operations. The atmosphere throughout SUSONA Bodrum is **cozy, refined, and deeply relaxing**, a perfect blend of luxury and warmth. We left feeling grateful, refreshed, and genuinely connected to the people who made our stay so special. This review is long overdue, but wholeheartedly deserved. The hotel was exceptionally clean and beautifully designed. Although our room had only a partial sea view, the scenery was still stunning and made our stay even more enjoyable. The quality of the food included in the all-inclusive package exceeded our expectations. Most of the staff were genuinely kind, professional, and welcoming. We had a small issue with our order at the Ezi restaurant, but the team handled it with great courtesy and professionalism, making sure we left satisfied. Unfortunately, we didn’t have the same experience at the Suyah restaurant. One of the male staff members was not as professional or courteous as the rest of the team, which was disappointing considering the otherwise excellent level of service throughout the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had the opportunity to experience Susona Bodrum during a company meeting and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful. Although not everyone spoke English, they always did their best to assist. Service was generally very good, though on a few occasions it could have been more flexible and efficient—for example, when ordering drinks at the bathing pier by the sea. The cuisine was excellent, featuring high-quality ingredients and beautifully prepared dishes. My room was consistently kept spotless and was very spacious. However, some aspects of the design were not particularly practical. For instance, there was no convenient place to hang a towel when stepping out of the shower, and while the flooring was beautiful, it could be quite slippery.
