We really enjoyed our stay at Sugar Bay. Great and amazing hotel. The whole staff and management are so nice, professional and accommodating. They made our stay wonderful and relaxing. It’s in a great location right on Hastings. The pool and beach area is chill and relaxing. The bartenders at both beach bars and Pool bar made the best drinks!! The buffets at the Reef restaurant were amazing, with lots of menu options. Also loved the lunch menus at the beach restaurant. The whole facility and rooms are always clean. Staff, Food, drinks, beach and pool are spot on.

We had an amazing stay at Sugar Bay Barbados! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a delicious rum punch, setting the tone for a fantastic vacation. The staff made us feel at home right away with their warmth, friendliness, and exceptional hospitality. The servers were always greeting us with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Jesus, Aziza (the 2 amazing servers), Julius from Pool bar and Nathalia at the front desk for their outstanding service and for making our stay so memorable. If you’re staying at Sugar Bay, be sure to visit Umi Restaurant. Chef Roberto is incredibly talented, and his Asian fusion cuisine was one of the highlights of our trip. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The buffet had so many choices to choose from with different themes for dinner. We chose Colin’s Bar and Grill for lunch. They serve grilled fish, chicken, hotdogs and burgers with access to drinks and alcohol. Thank you to the entire Sugar Bay team for making our Barbados vacation so special. We highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Barbados and can’t wait to return!

I stayed at Sugar Bay for 4 nights with friends for our annual girl’s trip. The resort is well maintained and there were scheduled activities/events every day for those who were looking for entertainment or something to do. There were plenty of water activities offered and the staff who worked at the water sport shack were very helpful. The food at the resort was amazing! The staff are friendly, and the front desk was very accommodating. I would absolutely return to this resort!

Sugar Bay Barbados absolutely exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like family and made every second unforgettable. The beach is straight out of a postcard with crystal-clear water and soft white sand, the food was incredible (seriously, every meal hit), and the drinks never stopped flowing. The rooms were spotless, the vibe was relaxed but fun, and there was always something to do. Whether you're looking to chill by the ocean, enjoy amazing restaurants, or soak up the island atmosphere, this place delivers on every level. If you're thinking about Barbados, stop overthinking it—book Sugar Bay. This wasn't just a vacation, it was an experience I'll never forget. 10/10, five stars, and I'd go back in a heartbeat!

Absolutely amazing place. The hotel, the staff, the food, the beach, the wildlife, all fantastic. I cannot recommend this place highly enough we just had the best week ever. Big shout out to the amazing staff who from the moment we stepped out of the taxi wanted to make our stay go well, with a rum punch to welcome us. The restaurant's served fabulous food and the bar staff made cracking cocktails ( we did our best to work our way through the menu ) and the bar staff were really friendly and held great conversation, big shout out to Seth, Re-Sean and Damien who were masters of their art. The waiting staff in the restaurants were the best and made a special thing of my wife's birthday especially Keshawna who also works for the entertainment committee. This is more than a once in a lifetime holiday as we will definitely go back, cant wait.
