My family did not stay at the hotel, but recently enjoyed a wonderful Mother’s Day lunch at one of the restaurants. The food was delicious, well-prepared and authentically Bajan. Everything we had was delicious, especially the Bajan soup. Yum! What really made the day extraordinary was the staff. I’ll start with the chef, Yvette, who not only prepared an exceptional buffet, but also took the time to answer questions about her preparations. Shout out also to Tracie, the pastry chef, for her mouth-watering desserts. Special thanks to the hostess, Norene and our server Shanicia (sp) who made us feel very welcomed. Thanks also to the two young men, Redazzo and Wendell, for assisting our mom who was using a walker. I wish I had gotten everyone’s name, but kudos to the entire staff working that day. Everyone went above and beyond to make our day special. Job well done!! One suggestion: It would be nice to have this authentically Bajan buffet offered monthly - at least- and not just for special occasions.

Amazing hotel. I loved the vibe, and the staff is truly very nice. The garden is beautiful, and there is so much nature around to enjoy and discover. The transportation to the beach is also a great plus. My only remarks are that the pillows should be updated, as they feel quite old, and it would be much better to replace the thin blankets with proper comforters, since the current covers are not really suitable for sleeping comfortably. Thank you!

Room - it felt like a small apartment. I loved it. When I go to hotel rooms I usually wipe down surfaces and things im going to use. The room was surprisingly very clean to the point where we could walk around bare foot. Housekeeping comes to clean and mop everyday. They were very friendly and did a great job. However, I wish there was dish soap to wash dishes myself. I also wished the TV was in the bedroom instead of the living room. Additionally, I had a problem with the shower. To get to hotel water, you have to turn the knob all the way around. However, the more you turn, the harder the water comes out and the faster it builds on the floor. You have stop showering every 20 seconds to let the water drain if you are using the hot water. Service - Service was great. No issues. The staff answered my questions and was accommodating. Location - It is far from everything else but I loved that. It wasn't noisy and there wasn't a bunch of people crowding the pool. It was so peaceful and relaxing. There was so much room to walk around. I did laps around the hotel to walk off the food since I got full. My partner has a bigger appetite and did not get full from dinner but enjoyed that there was room to walk around. I'm 25 but I would live / retired here if i could afford it.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was disappointed with several experiences (mainly the experience on my final night, dated May 6, 2026). My first day consisted on me having to repack my luggage and change rooms from 203 to 201 because my original room air condition did not work. Secondly, the "ocean view" was very subjective; meaning I had to stand on my tippy toes to see the ocean. Lastly, the female pool bar attendee tried to take $40 USD from me. I immediately reported the issue to management, but I did not feel the situation was handled with the seriousness or urgency it deserved by Eliza (General Manager). As a guest, safety and trust are basic expectations when staying at a hotel. Instead of feeling secure, I left feeling violated and frustrated. While the staff was polite, the lack of accountability and follow-up regarding the incident was unacceptable. I strongly encourage the hotel to improve employee screening, security procedures, and guest protection policies to prevent situations like this from happening to others. Regrettably, I was unable to attend the Harbour Lights Dinner Show due to the staff's actions and the absence of empathy, understanding, or resolution from the general manager, Eliza. Despite the actions of these two employees (Eliza and barkeep), I appreciate the front desk staff (Shevika), restaurant staff (Conner?), and housekeeping, I would feel comfortable staying here again or recommending this hotel to others, if I was provided with a follow-up regarding this matter.

3/5 Overall experience We're in our 30s and was too quiet of a place to enjoy. While walking from room to reception, it often felt "too quiet" as if there weren't people around but there were. Im guessing this is a place for you if you’re quiet and enjoy time around retired folk as most activities were catered to that age group. Pool was kinda small and as I said felt wrong to laugh aloud and have some fun.
