The hotel is large but has only one swimming pool, which is a major problem. The food is terrible — whatever is left over one day reappears the next day in a different form. The hotel claims to be family-friendly, but there is no food for young children apart from a few baby food jars intended for babies aged 3 and 6 months. Fortunately, we brought our own food, otherwise our child would have gone hungry. Overall, the hotel seems to be designed around attractions for guests from other hotels (to generate more revenue) rather than being a genuinely family-oriented hotel as advertised. A complete disappointment and a scam, especially considering the amount of money we paid.

Cannot say one negative thing about this hotel. Staff, food, entertainment, facilities were absolutely fantastic. The location is brilliant. Aldi 5mins away, great bars and restaurants on the doorstep and beach 5min walk. Will definitely be back here and highly recommend. Also very child friendly. So much for the kids to do you wouldn't need to leave the hotel.

Came here for wife’s 50th last week with 10 year old son the hotel check in was quick we asked for a low level room and was told we were on 8th floor 😲 cameron who was checking us in says he will check for a room on lower level we ended up on level two 👌we had to wait till room was cleaned as we got there at 13.00 check in is from 15.00 we got to room at 14.15 🥳bunged him 10 Euros tip for getting us level 2 the hotel is brilliant we upgraded our wrist bands at 15€ per person to have unlimited access to mini golf which is excellent and also the upside down house and laser shooting screens which we all loved and went on many many times over the week splash park is great I don’t have any issue with the hotel or park other than the FOOD I’m sorry but it was terrible 😞 the catering management seriously needs replacing we ate out most days as it was not good the pool snacks consist ov breakfast leftovers bacon sausages etc till about 13.30 then change to chips n burgers.i would definitely go back to sol katmandu hotel but only if I could go room only 👍

Amazing hotel for kids and adults, never ending entertainment and delicious food, 5 min walk to beautiful beach, near by boat rides, the aquapark and soft play really great. All staff was very friendly especially Kasia. We had fantastic time and would definitely come back.

Great place for families, rooms are a little small but adequate. The food and selection is fantastic. Plenty to do with kids of any age. The staff are super nice and friendly. The place is very clean.
