Amazing Experience! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. The hospitality here is truly outstanding — everyone I encountered was polite, professional, and genuinely caring. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had a fresh, relaxing atmosphere every day thanks to the housekeeping team who did an excellent job. I especially want to mention sandra in front desk she went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. she was extremely helpful, attentive, and always had a friendly smile. Whenever I needed assistance, she responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to find such a high level of service combined with cleanliness and comfort. I really appreciate how the team made me feel at home, and I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and a pleasant stay!

I stayed for a week at the Obelisk in November 2025 and have been very impressed on all counts! The hotel itself is extremely well-kept, deluxe rooms are a good size, and housekeeping do an exceptional job in keeping it clean and tidy. Special mention to the pool-side team (Manoj, Ravi, Farhan, Farzan and co) as all are attentive, friendly and very efficient in service. Pool-side food and the pool itself were nice. Breakfast options in Brasserie Boulud were great and highly recommend Taiko Dubai for an Asian-fusion dinner experience. The gym is a good size with a decent selection of machines and free-weights. Facial in the spa was also very good. The location was great - 10 mins by taxi from the airport and ten mins from the DIFC and Dubai Mall, which meant it felt like an oasis of calm and away from too many high-rise buildings. Also connected to Wafi Mall, which houses a small selection of shops but helpfully, a large Carrefour supermarket. My only small critique is that there could be more people on reception during check-in and check-out times as felt that the waiting time could have been shorter. Otherwise, the entire experience was extremely positive and all staff very friendly and efficient. Will definitely be staying again during my next trip to Dubai. Thank you team!

This hotel is actually phenomenal. Very comfortable rooms. Great facilities. Stylish decor in a comfortable setting. The morning breakfast is good with a great and regular selection (although very busy with guests). The pool gets the sun all day, always a lounger available and it's really big. The drinks and food at the pool is really good too (a tad pricey for some items) The indoor Jacuzzi, gym and sauna steam are very clean and enjoyable to use. The staff are all super helpful and actually willing to listen / help. Especially: From the front of house staff (namely Mr Muhammad and Husnayn) The guest services / valet Mr Mattar and Mr Richard The pool attendant Louis Housekeeping (ashok). My only feedback points are: The concierge/booking team do need some extra training as they couldn't locate my booking despite it being completed months in advance. The air conditioning in the rooms could do with being colder. And a mini bar / snacks facility in the rooms.

Amazing Hotel! From the moment we walked in we had an amazing experience. Check-in was super fast! Our room was very clean and modern, the bed was super comfortable! The location is great as the hotel is connected to Wafi Mall! Everything is less than 20 minutes away, including the Gold Souk, Dubai Mall and Global Village. Thank you to Sheba and Shaheed for keeping our room spotless! You are both doing an amazing job! Overall we had an excellent stay with the the only area of improvement being the breakfast. We sometimes found the service a little slow in regards to ordering drinks. Also there is only one coffee machine that is shared between staff and customers. Often cups would run out leading to long wait times for drinks. Apart from this everything else was great! I highly recommend stay here and will be staying here the next time I visit Dubai.

I was very satisfied with the breakfast during my stay. The buffet offered a varied selection with options to suit all tastes, I really enjoyed my breakfast experience and wouldn't hesitate to come back. I also wanted to give a special thank you to Mary, who was extremely kind and efficient. She took the time to answer all my questions and did her best to make my breakfast even more enjoyable.
