Absolutely outstanding service today at the pool! A huge thank you to Manoj, Faizan, Ravi, Sri Kanth, Chandu, and Nazmoul who truly made our day exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. Everyone was friendly, approachable, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. Nothing was ever too much trouble — drinks, towels, seating, and small details were all handled seamlessly, with genuine smiles and great energy throughout the day. You can really tell when a team takes pride in what they do, and this group absolutely does. They created such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and turned a simple pool day into a memorable experience. Credit to every single one of them — outstanding service and a fantastic team. We’ll definitely remember this and look forward to coming back!

Beautiful rooms and the service is very attentive and friendly. They didn't have baby bath stuff available for my son when I asked, so the next day, the team arrived at our door with a gift-wrapped present of baby bath products. They were also very friendly with our 18 month old, happily interacting with him each day of our stay. The breakfast in both the main restaurant and the club lounge was excellent with lots of variety. The croissants in particular were very impressive and we miss them now that we've returned home. We had a panoramic suite with a great view over Dubai. The suite was large and had enough room for us and our child. Nice and quiet at night time. A 5 minute stroll to the metro. The pool was great too with a separate little kids pool. Lots of lounges and space to unwind. Attached to Wafi mall as well which was convenient. A great hotel overall. The service was the highlight but it was beautiful across the board.

We had an amazing stay at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations — the hotel is beautiful, elegant, and extremely comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional level of care from the staff. When my daughter suddenly got sick, the reception team reacted immediately, called a doctor very quickly, and made the entire process completely stress-free for us. Their professionalism, empathy, and efficiency meant so much to our family. Room service was also outstanding — very kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every interaction felt warm and thoughtful. Special thanks to Lav :) This hotel doesn’t just offer luxury, it offers real hospitality and heart. We are very grateful and would absolutely recommend Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk to anyone visiting Dubai.

Sofitel has a beautiful and fragrant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-kept, with all amenities in good working condition; nothing feels old or worn out. The location is excellent, right next to the mall and with a metro station just outside. Whenever you call, anything you need is delivered immediately, and the staff are very polite and helpful. The housekeeping is excellent; everything is cleaned thoroughly, clothes are neatly folded, and all amenities are well-stocked and on time. My stay was so enjoyable that I extended it. Compared to other hotels in this range, it offers better service, especially in guest requests and housekeeping.

We had a wonderful stay at The Obelisk Hotel in Dubai. The customer service was excellent, and the room and facilities were impressive. The highlight for us was the lounge on the 51st floor — great food, amazing drinks, and stunning views, including a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa from our room. The team went above and beyond to make our stay special, and the location is perfect with direct access to the mall and close to the metro. Thank you to the entire team for exceeding our expectations. We would definitely come back!
