The first male receptionist was very kind, but the female receptionist on our last day was really rude. We planned to take a taxi to our next hotel, so when we checked out, we asked, "Can I call a taxi here? How much will it cost?" The receptionist replied, "6 euros." It wasn't that far, less than 10 minutes, so it was a reasonable price. We were asked if we wanted to pay at the hotel or in the taxi, so we chose to pay at the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel by taxi, we were charged a whopping 35 euros! I couldn't believe it. When I showed the taxi driver the receipt we'd just paid, he said, "That's tax." I couldn't believe it. "Taxi" and "tax" sound similar, but no matter how you look at it, they were talking about taxis, so I asked, "How much?" Furthermore, when my mother asked, "Can we take a taxi for 6 euros?" she replied, "Yes." I can only assume that the receptionist and taxi driver conspired to deceive us. The service was good, but ultimately we were really disappointed. The receptionist's service was worse than that of a Japanese business hotel. Please rethink your definition of service. We should all go on training in Asia. It's really awful. Please refund my 35 euros. I'm really angry. It was such a terrible experience that I want my accommodation refunded.

Such a wonderful location. The views are breathtaking. The staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend this hotel. There's a beautiful pool area with lounge chairs, a spa and the front desk is very helpful with booking things (excursions, reservations, etc. ). It is convenient that there is a bar and restaurant onsite so you can have a wonderful 'rot and relax' vacation if you'd like, or you can go out and explore. A quiet luxury boutique hotel tucked in a cliff face with stunning views. The only thing I would have folks be aware of is because of the way it's built, there are alot of stairs. So if limited mobility is a concern, you may want to check with them about other options.

We got a beautiful room with a phenomenal view. Everything was like paradise, the hotel is perfect and the service is great! Everything is clean and the hotel is located in an amazing, peaceful location. The breakfast is excellent! Compliments to the staff and the atmosphere, we already miss everything Thanks for all!🥹🤍🤍🫠🥰

My stay at the San Antonio Boutique Hotel in Santorini was an experience I'll never forget. Although it was some time ago, the memories of the exquisite service and breathtaking setting remain vivid. The staff truly sets this hotel apart; their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine kindness were unmatched. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely taken care of, and every request was met with a friendly smile. The hotel itself is a masterpiece, with stunning architecture seamlessly integrated into the cliffs. The views were simply breathtaking, especially from the infinity pool. This isn't just a hotel; it's a sanctuary where every detail is perfected to create an unforgettable, luxurious, and peaceful escape. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

BEST HOTEL EVER! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, 5 star service, the views are unmatched, the included breakfast/ coffee- delish, & they even upgraded our room for us as a surprise for our honeymoon. We stopped here for 3 days of our 10 day honeymoon across different islands and by far this hotel made it the best days of our trip! We wished we had more days there. 10/10 recommend. **also GET the deep tissue massage at the spa, it was delightful
