Stayed at this hotel for the last 2 years, and it is in a great location in Kamari beautiful views. Plenty of restaurants and shops the beach is volcanic black sand. The hotel is divided up between old and new rooms. In our opinion the older block of rooms are better. The breakfast which is included is just ok, only one toaster machine for the whole hotel which isn't ideal, need at least 2 more so people are not waiting for their toast to be ready. The food is Luke warm and need to have proper hot plates. We really do like this hotel the only real gripe is the WiFi it's chronic, worst we have ever encountered. The hotel really does need to upgrade it because if your reliant on using WiFi then forget it you will need your phone data to give you stable and reliable streaming. The house keeping here is excellent in our opinion the towels and beds are made every day , the staff do work hard to keep this level of standard above others so well done in this department. Over all I would recommend this hotel even though some improvements need to be made. This review is an honest opinion of a middle aged couple who only post reviews based on true experiences.

AMAZING FOOD! Wauw. I cannot even begin how nice those people are and the vibe is so so relaxing. I felt so welcome and the chef definitely knows how to make high class plates of food. Best in Kamari if you ask me.

We adored our stay! Hotel staff were all so lovely and helpful! We booked a deluxe double with a plunge pool and sea view and it was absolutely stunning! Location was amazing as it was right on the beach with all the shop and restaurants. The pool was nice and private unlike a lot of hotels along the sea front who had their pool and loungers right by the main road and path for everyone to walk past. The bus stop was just down the road and there was a gorgeous bakery called Erotokritos Cretan Bakery on the corner. The only downside is that I thought the bathrooms were a little small and dark and the breakfast had a lot of variety but I found that the hot food was never quite as hot as I would like. Apart from this, everything else was incredible!

It exceeded my expectations. The service is impeccable; the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and valued. The rooms are comfortable, featuring balconies with beautiful views, and they are clean and equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. The dining options are delightful, offering delicious cuisine that showcases local flavors. The ambiance is serene, making it the perfect retreat. I truly believe this hotel deserves all the best stars! It’s a home away from home, and I can’t wait to return again soon. Highly recommended! 🩵🤍

My husband and I came to Santorini to get married in Firostefani and we chose to stay in Kamari due to its more affordable pricing and its more laid back vibe. We were extremely satisfied with our stay overall. The hotel is located right off the beach; we booked a deluxe double with jacuzzi and seaview and we even got our own private entrance to our room from the beach. The view was incredible and much of the time we spent in the room was spent laying out on the lounge beds on the patio listening to the waves. It was so beautiful and peaceful. We were a bit disappointed with the jacuzzi as we didnt realize the temperature would be capped at 35°C; thats probably fine during the hot summer months but we did come in during the shoulder season and it was a uniquely cold season for them this year so we didnt really use the jacuzzi other than once- we actually started referring to it as a "warm tub" instead of a hot tub lol. I was also pretty disappointed by how they handled us staying with them during our wedding trip. I booked our hotel through their website directly and when asked what the purpose of the stay was, I added that we were getting married. I didnt necessarily expect any major special treatment or anything but I was disappointed that they didnt do anything to acknowledge it when we got there. When the day of the wedding occured, I actually called the front desk to arrange a transfer to the venue & they immediately guessed we were going there for a wedding and seemed suprised it was for our own wedding. I'm guessing the staff at reception can't see all the booking details so I'm trying not to hold that against them. When we got back though, they had actually left us a bottle of Merlot, a couple glasses and a card. That seemed very sweet at first until we realized they addressed us with our middle names instead of our first names- which we both found kind of odd. The only other complaint I would make would be about the bathroom. Theres nowhere to really set your clothes or phone or anything while you're in the shower unless you want to put them on top of the toilet (which- gross). The glass separating the shower also isnt anywhere near long enough so it makes a huge mess with water splattering all over the bathroom. The staff was extremely pleasant though and the cleaning ladies were very respectful of our things and thorough with their jobs. The view from the room alone is also enough to smooth over any of the hiccups we had while staying there. I definitely think we'd be willing to come back again
