A beautiful resort that truly exceeded our expectations, especially as we were traveling with children. Its location is excellent and very close to the airport only 20 mn by speedboat making the arrival smooth and convenient for families. The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and respectful, and they were very friendly and helpful with our kids, which made our stay even more comfortable. The island is spacious and connected to another island, with a lovely marina that adds a vibrant touch to the atmosphere. There is a wide variety of restaurants, offering plenty of options suitable for families. The resort has its own app, which makes it easy to book buggy rides, restaurants, and activities seamlessly. The place is calm and relaxing, yet at the same time full of activities for both adults and children, making it an excellent choice for families. Overall, an outstanding experience and highly recommended, especially for families traveling with kids.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at SAii Lagoon Maldives. From the very beginning, the service was outstanding and the hotel facilities were excellent. All the staff were extremely friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful — they supported us with every request and made us feel truly welcome. We would definitely come back again at the first opportunity. During check-in, you are asked to download the SAii Lagoon mobile app, which is activated using your room number. The app is incredibly useful and works perfectly without any issues. You receive notifications for all daily activities, can view restaurant menus and make reservations, request free buggy transportation around the island, and even select specific housekeeping items such as towels, cotton pads, and other amenities. Being able to make all requests with just one click through the app — without having to call or explain anything — is simply amazing. The hotel offers a truly flawless experience. From the reception team to housekeeping and even the gardeners, every single staff member works hard to make your holiday unforgettable. The room amenities were also excellent, with thoughtful details such as flip-flops, an umbrella, and beach towels provided, which made our stay even more comfortable. We stayed in Room 234 and were extremely satisfied. Everything exceeded our expectations, and this resort truly delivers a perfect Maldives experience. Highly recommended!

We visited SAii Lagoon thru the meal package to kill time while waiting for our fight at 11pm. So, we have no comment on the resort room. For this package is to explore around the island excluding entering to the private resort's premises. So, for their beach club pools are just fine, kids friendly. There's pool bar, gelato store, restaurants. Sufficient staff to attend your needs and they are friendly. The food is nice and good service. But we hope our comments here would be a room for improvement. -there should be a separate Corner for smoking (vaping) -the toilet/shower room should have A good air ventilation and No smoking/vaping inside. -Although the beach, the sea of the entire island looks clean but at the beach club side we play the water should have some cleaning methods or some kind of systems in place. We are not certain what is under the sea ground when we stepped on it , it's very marshy, we couldn't see it clearly what's down there but it's not a good feeling like very dirty, disgusting. We don't think it's natural formed up thing. It's a fact we experienced and hope a better place for all tourists. We might misunderstand we can hear you out.

We had an amazing honeymoon stay at SAii Lagoon Curio Collection by Hilton Maldives. Everything was perfect🥰 The service was outstanding all the staff were friendly, warm, and genuinely attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and happy. A special shoutout to Rajon from Mr. Tomyam, who was always cheerful and attentive, and to Abdel from Terra & Mar, equally welcoming. Sanket, our housekeeping attendant, did an excellent job, keeping our room spotless twice a day and checking if we needed anything. The food was delicious and diverse, with plenty of options every day. The resort is immaculately clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. We also loved the hotel’s mobile app, it was super practical and useful for ordering buggies, checking daily activities, booking restaurants and other experiences, and chatting with the team. They respond super fast, making everything very convenient. A sweet surprise for my husband’s birthday, a cake, wine, snacks, and a card was the cherry on top ❤️ Honestly, I can’t mention everyone, but the entire staff is amazing. We had a wonderful, unforgettable stay, and we have absolutely no complaints.

It was a last-minute trip for us as we originally booked for one night but ended up extending for another. Room:
Our villa had an amazing view. We stayed in Villa 518, which offered a beautiful open ocean panorama. The interior was very spacious, and the villa came with a good range of amenities. The only downside was on our departure morning, when a stage setup was being installed nearby and music started playing early, which was a bit disruptive. Food:
The food was generally excellent. We tried Hard Rock Cafe, SAii Lagoon Beach Club, Jiao Wu, and the breakfast buffet, which had plenty of options. My friend loves avocado, and even though it wasn’t on the menu, the chef prepared poached eggs with avocado for her, a gesture she really appreciated. The fruits and vegetables were fresh and of great quality as well. Service:
A huge thanks to Shiham, the Front Office Manager, for giving us a wonderful first impression. He greeted us warmly on arrival and checked on us throughout our stay. Mo, Liubov, and Maumoon were also very friendly and always welcomed us with warm smiles at the reception. They were attentive and accommodating to our needs.
The only service related issue we experienced was at Kinkao. While seated at Jiao Wu (right beside Kinkao), we asked if we could pre-order food from Kinkao to be served at our table. We fully understood if this wasn’t allowed, but upon entering the restaurant, the waitress/bartender declined the request immediately without greeting us or checking what we wanted, which came across as rude. Entertainment:
We spent every evening at Hard Rock Cafe enjoying the live band as they were fantastic. The food portions were generous, and the bartender with curly hair (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) was excellent. The food did take a while to arrive, but it was delicious. Kids Club:
We did the complimentary adult henna tattoo session with Iya and Fian, and they did a beautiful job. The henna turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay. Environment:
The property has a gorgeous beach with plenty of sunbeds and no seagrass, unlike some other places in the Maldives. However, since it's a lagoon, the snorkelling isn’t the best due to surrounding dead corals. It’s better to book a speedboat or a snorkelling trip outside the resort to truly enjoy the underwater experience. Overall:
We had a memorable stay and would consider coming back again. Just a small tip: apply mosquito repellent before heading out, as the mosquitoes can be quite naughty!
