We checked in the reverance mare after having one night at a hotel we were really unhappy with. We approached the receptionist and explained our situation and she was really kind and understanding and tried her very best to find us a room at a reasonable rate. We booked and moved our stuff from the other hotel and when checking in we were given a box of chocolates a notepad and a pen and 2 bottles of water. The receptionist was very informative about the hotel and told us where everything was and the times of everything. The room was very clean and the bed was the best bed I have ever slept in. I could not get over the fact it was a whole king sized bed!!! Usually abroad it's two beds pushed together but this was one massive bed and it was very comfy! The Aircon is silent but very powerful, we had it on the lowest setting and that was enough! The rooftop pool and bar is stunning and you must go up there if you get the chance. The spa is also lovely and free to use and the outdoor pools also very clean. We only went bed and breakfast but the bufet was quite small not a lot of choice for dinner either I would say this is my only criticism of the whole stay, but with it being small the chef cooks to order so I suppose that is a good thing! The hotel is very relaxed and quiet so I would say if your looking for a party vibe this is not for you, but we loved how chilled and quiet it was, it was exactly what we wanted. Soundproofing is good except between the rooms you can hear the room next door if they are talking loudly like the people were next to us but the hotel handle noise complaints very well. Overall I would definitely recommend the reverance mare if your looking for somewhere to stay in palmanova the staff are amazing and the facilities really good value for money

Stayed here for 5 nights beginning of June & what a fabulous hotel it is! We were in a swim up room in the panoramic building which is opposite the reception....a little tip to just walk across the small road otherwise you will be carrying your cases up & down several flights of stairs through the inside tunnel! The room here was very spacious & to have a pool right outside your patio doors was amazing! It suited us being in a quieter part of the hotel. The main pool area had a really lovely vibe & if you walk down the steps at the end of the pool area you can get straight to the beach & shops. The hotel was spotless & the staff really friendly. The pool bar/food area was very relaxed & shaded. We were half board....breakfast had a great choice of fruit, breads, yoghurt, juice & hot food too....eggs bacon etc always being replenished too. Evening meal was always really good with several choices available & always x2 meats & x2 fish dishes cooked to order. Loads of salad & fruits....oranges were amazing! Another tip is to walk up & down to look at what's available before deciding as sometimes the food maybe in a random order! But always delicious. Plenty of tables always available & we ate outside every evening. Majorca is a wonderful island & we will definitely be back & staying in this hotel again. Forgot to say it's right in the middle of the bay so a perfect location too.

My stay at the hotel was really lovely. All the staff is amazing especially Diego and Immaculada from the front office. The hotel as itself is very nice , in the heart of Magaluff and literally in front of the beach. The swimming pool is very nice as well. Food is fresh but needs a small improvement at the variety at my opinion. I totally recommend!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and honestly, I think it might be the best hotel on the entire island of Mallorca. Everything was absolutely perfect — outstanding service, incredibly friendly staff, beautiful rooms, amazing pools, and delicious food. Without a doubt, this was one of the best levels of service I have ever experienced. The staff is always ready to help with anything, everywhere and at any time. Everyone is very attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I ever come back to Mallorca, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and luxurious vacation.

The hotel was lovely and modern, Staff very friendly, are room was very nice room 204 on same level as reception. Breakfast was very good could could not say the same for dinner thought the variety of cooked food was limited and salad bar not replenish enough times so so days was not a good choice. Would say the soup was amazing every day. Would stay here again on bed and breakfast but definitely not with evening meal.
