The hotel is located in very convenient place, big mall that there are lots of fashion stores and restaurants is near. The hotel staff are all incredibly polite and helpful. The room are very clean, and the housekeeping is highly professional. Faruk, in particular, not only kept my room spotless but also very gentlemanly and shared great local information about the area around the hotel. Overall, I must come again this wonderful hotel.

As a returning guest and an Accor member, I booked a week-long stay at this property for the second time, specifically reserving a suite. While the hotel excels in location and physical comfort, the overall experience was significantly let down by a weak Food & Beverage department and some concerning service gaps. The absolute biggest selling point of this hotel is its proximity to the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Being so close to central hubs, Pavilion, and KLCC makes it an incredibly convenient base for getting around the city. The room itself was highly comfortable and well-appointed with great amenities, including a lovely bathtub. I also want to commend the housekeeping staff, who were consistently helpful, attentive, and efficient throughout our week-long stay. Unfortunately, the food scene at this hotel requires a major overhaul. If you are considering booking a stay here, my strong advice is to skip the breakfast add-on. Repetitive Breakfast/Lounge Buffet: We stayed for a full week, and the breakfast selection was entirely stagnant. There was zero variety, with the exact same items served. If you are booking this hotel, you do it strictly for the prime KL location. For me, that proximity isn't enough to justify the premium price tag of a high-tier booking. Save your money: skip the suite upgrade, skip the breakfast add-on, and just book a standard room. There is virtually no difference in the quality or variety of food and beverage between the Food Exchange and the premium lounge. Stay here for the bed and the location, but plan to step outside for your meals (Oriental Kopi, Madam Kwan's?)

The location of the hotel is simply incredible: everything is nearby (market, shopping malls, great restaurants). You can do part of your activities on foot without needing a taxi or public transport. The neighborhood is lively and feels very safe. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The only downside is that the cleanliness could be improved. The carpet on the floor retains a lot of odors, and the breakfast room is far too small compared to the hotel’s capacity, making it difficult to find a seat after 9 a.m. Lastly, an open space in the lobby to relax would have been appreciated.

Excellent location and great hospitality. Early check-in was seamless and quick. Receptionists were extremely hospitable and helpful. In fact, all staff including the guards out front were very polite and friendly. Pavilion is only a minute's walk away across the direct link skywalk, with several convenience stores and eateries around the corner from the hotel. Had a room upgrade with Accor membership, complete with welcome amenities. Clean and comfortable room. Decent space, however certain fittings could do with some maintenance. Air-conditioning superb. The filtered water tap in the bathroom is a great addition. Soundproofing of the rooms were great, especially being located on the high floor and away from elevators. The lobby bar was decent, but not outstanding. Service, again, was great however. I had a couple of wifi connectivity issues during my stay, but they were recitifed quickly. The in-house spa (which I assume is not directly affiliated with Novotel?) left me with a very bad impression. The receptionist was overly loud (both over the phone and in person), treatment rooms were not very clean and it was not a very peaceful experience. The reviews are as accurate as written. Getting to the hotel via train from the KLIA can be a little tricky if you have a suitcase. The monorail station which is 6 minutes walk from the hotel had no functioning lifts. If you're a light traveller with a backpack/carry-on, you'll be fine. Definitely would recommend and stay as this hotel again. Skip the spa.

A great business stay with an unbeatable location, though parking is a bit of a challenge. I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights for a business trip. My first impression was that the parking ramps are quite narrow; as I drive a large sedan, it was a bit tough to navigate the tight turns. However, the room was spacious and well-equipped, including a good TV with all channels accessible. A bathtub would have been a great addition, but it was comfortable nonetheless. For business needs, the meeting rooms are excellent—spacious and well-suited for a seminar of around 50 pax. Regarding the food, I had the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets. While the variety is somewhat limited, everything tasted good. One minor downside was the staff frequently approaching guests to register for the hotel membership, which could be a bit distracting for some. The highlight is definitely the location. It’s right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, making everything accessible by foot. Pavilion is just across the road, and you can even walk to KLCC via the air-conditioned pedestrian bridge. The swimming pool is a bit small, but overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
