My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pure Salt Garonda for our honeymoon, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel made the trip feel special. When we entered our room, there were flower petals arranged in the shape of a heart on the bed, which was such a lovely touch for our honeymoon. The room itself was spectacular, and every day housekeeping made everything up beautifully, provided fresh towels, and left us complimentary bottled water and chocolates. We had the buffet breakfast during our stay and really enjoyed it. We also ate at the hotel’s tapas restaurant one evening, which was excellent. On our final night, we had mocktails at the rooftop bar, and they were genuinely some of the best drinks we’ve had in a long time. The rooftop atmosphere was a perfect way to finish our honeymoon. We also absolutely loved the hotel spa. In our opinion, there really isn’t any need to go looking for another spa while staying here because it has everything you need: an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, plunge showers, and even an ice machine. It was a great place to relax throughout our stay. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Another thing we really appreciated was being able to leave our luggage with the hotel both before check-in and after check-out. Even better, we were still able to use the spa and hotel facilities after checking out, which made our final day much more enjoyable. Overall, Pure Salt Garonda was an amazing choice for our honeymoon. Between the beautiful room, excellent food and drinks, great spa, and wonderful staff, we had a fantastic stay and would 100% recommend this hotel, especially for couples looking for a relaxing and special getaway in Mallorca.

Absolutely top hotel! Delicious food, nice personal, nice location (front beach and not having problems with rental car parking, because near the hotel there are Lots of free spaces). We wanted a late check out opportunity, because our flight back was at 21:45. At the reception they informed us, that they are full booked and cannot give us late checkout option, BUT … they let us use all hotel things, including SPA and POOL, including brunch at the restorant (between 12:00 And 15:00 for no money), and we got the opportunity to use showers and rooms To get dressed for our travel back. This is absolutely top range of hotel Service and private/personal Attitude. For sure we will get back to Mallorca and we will stay again in this hotel!!! Ps - choose a room with sea view !!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pure Salt Garonda. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was outstanding every single day, and the overall quality of the hotel, the relaxing adults-only atmosphere, and the surprisingly beautiful spa made this a truly memorable holiday. A very special thank you goes to our server-trainee Sheila, who made every evening at Salty’s feel so welcoming. She always greeted us with a genuine smile, was incredibly warm, professional, attentive, and never seemed to be in anything but a great mood. It’s people like her who make the difference between a great hotel and an unforgettable experience. The entire team did an amazing job, and we always felt genuinely cared for. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend Pure Salt Garonda to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay in Mallorca.

Hotel with a stunning location, very professional service, with large and well furnished rooms. I stayed in 515 and the only I thought was strange were the little bedside tables. The spa was also very good. I made a massage with Paola. I asked her for advice on which massage to choose. She explained the different options to me and recommended the Spa Signature massage. It was a very good 105 minute full body treatment that helped relieve the tension in my back. She respected my wish for silence throughout the session. Paula was very professional and her manner was kind and courteous. I highly recommend her. We will return next year.

A Masterclass in Hospitality – Thank You, Pablo Canada After spending several weeks traveling throughout Europe and staying in numerous luxury hotels, we encountered a wide range of service experiences. While many properties offered beautiful facilities, very few demonstrated the level of genuine hospitality that we experienced at Pure Salt Garonda in Mallorca—and that was entirely because of Pablo Canada, the General Manager. We had reserved a three-night stay through American Express Travel and, as we often do, requested a high-floor, quiet room. Upon arrival, we were assigned a second-floor room directly next to the elevator. While the room itself was spacious by European standards and well-appointed, the air conditioning was unable to adequately cool the room. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue—including maintenance visits and requests for a room change—we were ultimately provided with a fan to circulate the warm air. Unfortunately, it resulted in a very uncomfortable night’s sleep. The following morning, we packed our bags fully intending to check out and request a refund. That’s when everything changed. The morning front desk team listened carefully, showed genuine empathy, and immediately contacted Pablo. From the moment he became involved, the experience transformed completely. Rather than offering excuses, Pablo took ownership of the situation and approached it with the kind of professionalism and customer-first mindset that has become increasingly rare in today’s hospitality industry. He graciously upgraded us to a higher room category, invited us to dinner, and, most importantly, made us feel valued as guests. His focus was not simply on solving a problem—it was on restoring our confidence in the property and ensuring we left with a positive impression. He accomplished exactly that. Luxury hospitality is not defined by buildings, amenities, or room finishes. It is defined by how a property responds when something goes wrong. Pablo demonstrated what true five-star service looks like. His leadership, empathy, and commitment to guest satisfaction turned what could have been a disappointing stay into one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We will always remember the way Pablo handled this situation, and Pure Salt Garonda is fortunate to have someone of his caliber leading the team. If every hotel manager approached hospitality the way Pablo does, travel would be a far more enjoyable experience. Thank you, Pablo.
