Every single member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, professional, and always happy to help with a smile. We made it a point to try every restaurant in the resort, and each one was fantastic. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the service was outstanding every time. The pools, the facilities, and the entire resort are maintained to the highest standards. Everything is spotless, elegant, and designed to create a truly luxurious atmosphere. Honestly, the whole experience exceeded our expectations. The level of luxury, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made this one of the best vacations we've ever had. A huge thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable. We come to this hotel for many years and are always surprised by the hospitality and friendliness of all the staff. Today morning we had breakfast and Chef of bakery-Antonis and his team treated us with an amazing pistachio pastry. Everything we tasted is delicious and super fresh. All the staff is ready to help you with any inquiry or help that you need. Thank you all the team of Parklane. We will come back again for sure.
